Jacob is great to work with. He’s kind, efficient and thorough. I like how he thoroughly answers my questions and expeditiously files taxes. Every promise he makes, he commits to. Also, he answers all emails and phone calls, even after filing your taxes. He’s very committed to customer service. He also seems to have all the answers and is willing to search for whatever he doesn’t know to satisfy customers. He is very knowledgeable about taxes, pensions and IRS. I have worked with him two tax years and I plan to continue. He appears to be trustworthy and doesn’t do shady business. I live in an entirely different state and have managed to find a good tax guy!
