Been here several weeks now. All staff exceptionally friendly. I go super early on the morning and necer have issues with equipment or getting a lap lane in the pool.While it may be a wee bit older overall- and i have belonged to all the fancy expensive places, this suits me just fine. Price is good and they have everything i need and are super helpful!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Definitely feels like a big family. They keep it nice, organized and clean. So glad to be apart of it.

More than just a gym. This facility has something for everyone of all ages. Great community feel and a place to belong. The members and staff are incredible.

Worked with this location for a charity event and they were very nice!!

Showed up with our 2 year old for gymnastics class, they told us it was cancelled for this week. We never got a call to tell us. When we asked what contact info they had for us, the woman said is your daughter registered? Yes its our 3rd week here. Seems totally unorganized and unprofessional.

I’ve been a member of the YMCA for over 10 years. The Y is a great member of the Cuyahoga Falls community and is very affordable. I feel safe going to the gym during these trying times. Thank you for enforcing social distancing.

They leave their workers so high and dry. Young girls are left alone all day in a pretty unsafe part of town, while older men and people alike come in. Wouldnt recommend unless you feel like being assaulted and or robbed that day. Not until they change their lazy manager policy

We have our daughter in preschool here and our son in katate. Small parking lot is my only complaint. The Sense is the best! He doesnt let those kids get away with anything :) preschool staff is very nice!

Friendly staff, affordable place to work out.

Joined for use of gym, pool, and basketball. The work out equipment is nice, but out dated. Ive been a member of UH health fitness and Planet Fitness. For the price and location, YMCA is best choice.

Staff very unwelcoming. Every experience is awkward. My child goes to child watch and the staff questions her about personal things that are none of their business and definitely not their place. Every time I come there seems to be some kind of issue and Im really starting to feel targeted. We dont bother anyone I pay for my membership monthly just like everyone else. If my family isnt welcome here because of the way we look I would rather management let us know rather than treating us the way they do. I just want to work out thats it...I dread going because I know we will be picked on by the staff...

We are long time members of this YMCA. Great people, great service, family friendly.

Was here for a gymnastics meet. Not enough parking which no surprise theres not enough seating either. Riverfront fans were kicking everyone out of front two rows of seating saying it was for their gym. People complained to YMCA staff and they did nothing. Seen elderly spectators leave because no seating. Poor YMCA service at resloving issues and unfriendly community.
