Great company to work with, easy to talk to and they care about your needs and treat you as a respectable employee instead of just a number like most places. I had a very good experience with them and was employed the very same day I walked into their office. Great people.

There is not enough words to Express what a great experience I had with RC staffing. It was my first time going there and they made me feel like I had been there for yrs. Got me a job after the first interview.. Seemed like friendly staff. Not up front and shoot around the bush. After the assignment at the jewelry place she said she would me another job. They never got back with me after contacting them multiple times not sure if that is the only job they sub contract through. Do not recommend if you think your going to have a lot of opportunities on landing jobs because you are not.

I was placed in a job after the first meeting and interview process. It took less than an hour to fill out all the paperwork and do all the tests. Everyone in the office was very nice and welcoming.

I specifically asked to be placed in a place where the work was sit down because of a back issue, they told me no problem and a few weeks later i was put on a standing job. This caused me spasms in my back, when i called to let them know all she said to me was they have no control over where they put me and telling me this might not be the job for me, no concern for my well being at all, i quit a full time position because they told me it was no problem at this place sitting down, i even called to double check with them, well i had to quit because my back could not take it, plus they kept telling me i would also get a locker, never got that either. Did not care for becca’s attitude for my job and never offered to help or even contact the place to find me other dept where i wouldn’t have to stand....thanks alot rc you really came through....NOT

My experience with them was great, everyone is polite and helpful and the process is very fast compared to other staffing companies. Would definitely recommend.

They called me about a job on a Thursday and set up a time for me to come in on that Monday to fill out an app. I am currently working and wanted to be able to give my employment a notice. I sent an email Thursday asking if this would be okay as I did not want to waste their time or mine if they were looking for immediate start. I did not hear anything and I sent 3 emails and called and left 2 messages.

The one pregnant girl with the glasses seems messy. She knew who my boyfriend was from Facebook and they text me looking for him when he doesn’t answer even though I no longer work for them. Also, the companies that they assign you to have new people working everyday and fire people as soon as they hire them. I think they be going broke but who knows

The women who work at the front desk are unprofessional and rude... The woman I spoke with about placement was the opposite a great listener, communicator, and professional...

Rc Staffing couldnt find me a job. Another Staffing agency put me to work the next day.
