I want to give a tremendous shout out to a William and Nichole at the Enterprise Rent a Car in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. They were the only two young workers running the operation and they did an outstanding job. They treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. I had someone hit my rental car while in my care although I was not around and they were so friendly and professional at handling the situation and helping coordinate with the insurance company. They never acted upset, put out, or bothered. They just kept smiling and said everything will be ok. Thank you so much to William and Nichole, you guys are amazing. I was very pleased with the service at this Enterprise location. Nichole helped me when I picked up the car. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even though I could see she had too many responsibilities for one person she remained calm and professional. I would highly recommend doing business with this Enterprise location

Customer service was good.Came to this location, usually use Tallmadge location, trying to avoid having to smell weed on my travels but not the case. I guess they share cars with them because it was awful my entire trip. I tried everything to get the smell out while driving Guess I’ll just use my car what a waste of money

Mike and Andy were great to deal with. I dropped off my car to be repaired, was picked up and taken to Enterprise. Paperwork took like 5 min, and I was driving away in my rental. Great rental location. Very accommodating. Dont leave your personal car parked there, get a ride, their lot space is limited. Upgraded me to the best car when the one I booked was unavailable at no extra charge. Extended a rental when my trip lasted longer than planned without charging huge fee. Nice staff every time
Please go see Mike at Cuyahoga falls on State.. My truck was in a accident and he really heard me about how I needed a truck for a upcoming events Im participating in.. There was some mix up at first on my end a van is all the had a first it wasnt going to work.. 2 trucks were comming in so I waited.. I took a Chevy Canyon I got a 3 miles down the road and hated it.. I didnt feel safe not cause of the being bad I was raining and I was all over the place.. I called Mke he totaly understood and saved the F150 for me.. I finished my meeting and came back to understanding man and a smile.. He said its its important I felt safe.. To me thats integrity... I have to share my expierance and let you all know he is a good manager who cares about what I needed..

I rent a car from our local Cuyahoga Falls store nearly every week for business and have done so since 2010. Until recently, I worked with two individuals that consistently produced a superior customer experience, Max, the manager of the location and Andy, who preps the vehicles. Promotions cause some turnover within the staff and Max was replaced by Howard, a first time manager from the Columbus market. Howard and his team, including Tamyra, Andy, Jeff and others, continue to provide a superior experience for me in handling my rental car needs on a consistent basis. You can get a car anywhere, from numerous companies, but superior service is what sets this group clearly apart from the rest. Congratulations on continuing to earn the right to my business each and every week!
Horrible service, would not credit me one day when I dropped the car off early, said they didnt know the car was there or where the keys were? Umm, arent they supposed to check their own fleet? Further more, those exact directions were not given to me when I rented the car. Will never go there again!
The guy at the poor job of disinfection, he just vacuumed the car, I had to disinfect myself.Not clear about payment, was supposed to be paid by insurance but did not clarify.
I would leave zero stars if I could. I had to return a car because it was heavily chain smoked in. When I received the car all windows were open. The following day it was obvious the car could not be kept. The Assistant Manager (Ricky) could not have been more rude or inconvenienced in the exchange. She could not even say she was sorry for the inconvenience or condition of the car. She could say pick your next car right because we wont exchange another one.... She went so far to complain about me to other customers (I was too picky) to the point one customer came out to say she sure does not like you.... She would not document all the damage on the car and said ........we dont trust customers. Based on other reviews, this is not her first customer complaint so unfortunately she is consistent. When I asked to speak to the manager she said .....sure go ahead, but he is fine with how I treated you.... I spoke to Howard (the manager) who was very polite and said he would speak with her but left me with the impression there was little he could do. I later contacted Enterprise on Hudson Drive, and they said if I had ANY car issues, bring it to them and they will make it right. That is customer service. The issue will be escalated to the divisional level, but Ricky seems quite confident she is untouchable. Do not use this enterprise branch.......their cars are dirty and they wont pick you up anyway. Go to Hudson drive if you have to use Enterprise.
Dealt with this branch once before, first time we had exetemly good service. Second time, we called a day in advanced to rent a car. When we went to pick it up they told us we couldn’t rent to us due to something that isn’t on the required things to rent.
I have been a customer at the State Rd Enterprise facility for at least 10 years, with my rental usage being between 2-8 times per year. My experiences have always been positive, even when I have to throw a curve at them concerning drop-off, etc. The new crew is efficient and helpful, as were Max and the previous group. That is a busy store, and I have seen the staff respond to that pressure with calmness, friendliness, and efficiency.
The staff was very friendly and helpful but they have gotten rid of after hours car return. Thus made life difficult with a lot of shuffling around for us. If they still had the after hours return Id give the full 5 stars.

This place is truly amazing. They are always friendly and and our going and quick. They always have a smile on there face and take the time to take care of all your needs.
This is the worst, enterprise branch I have ever been dealt with over 4 years. Non experience in how to treat customers and make them feel happy while they are renting. I would leave zero if I would for that terrible service. Please, save your money and search for another rental car company. Taylor, I would deal with customers more efficiently and try to offer real solutions, not weak solutions to solve customers problems. That will be my last rental with enterprise.
All went smoothly with my weekly rental. Howard was extremely helpful and professional, even while he was multitasking and also dealing with a jerk of a couple that were treating car rental as if they were ordering a new car from a dealer. He kept his cool. I would have kicked them out for obnoxious and demeaning behavior. Howard is a top notch asset to Enterprise. I repeat my experience was efficient, friendly and totally customer oriented.(He should get combat pay for dealing with the jerk couple though.)

Going through grange insurance with these guys was a breeze. Wasnt even off the phone with the insurance agent and already got a call from them to set everything up. I believe Ive dealt with Jack the entire time, and hes solid. Solid service from these guys.

Car was good and price was excellent.Unfortunately somebody popped open a bursting soda inside of the car and that was not cleaned from the doors and the surrounding surfaces. Hence the one star deduction.
Employee refused to talk to me directly, kept ignoring me and tried talking to my girlfriend. After I told him we didnt want to more expensive insurance he still added it onto our bill trying to sneak it in. Just all around bad customer service from the moment we walked in and until we left and went somewhere else. Would reccomend any competitor or even a different enterprise.
Howard was great when I picked up the car. I would give a five but unfortunately when I dropped it off the woman working was rather rude in my opinion. She lacked customer service and even when answering the phone was rather rude to the caller. The caller asked to be picked up and the woman came across as put off by the request. Maybe she was having a bad day. However, leave that outside the door. This was my first time here because normally I use the Hudson drive location.

Ive rented here many, many times. Everyone is always very polite but lately Ive noticed more times when only one employee was present and it took a while to rent or return a car. Maybe Im spoiled by the service level at airports.On my last rental I got dinged for a ding that Im 99% sure didnt happen during the 24 hours I had the truck. The problem is that their lot is so dark this time of year that its impossible to make a good inspection when picking up. So, I dont know if 1) Im being scammed 2) I really did ding the truck 3) They cant see in the dark any better than I can. Anyway, it seemed shady. Buyer (or in this case, renter) beware.

Had a weekend rental. they didnt have my car so we got an upgrade which is nice!!! but everything was cool. going back again hopeful theyll give me another upgrade!!!!
Rented me a car they didnt even have. Wouldnt check with other locations to find if a car was available since there was none here. The only phone number that they give connects to call center which will rent you a car that doesnt exist.

I rented a car for 5 days in Ohio. after a few days I needed to change the reservation to drop the car off in Chicago vs Ohio. When I first called the place I rented to arrange this they said it could be done and with no additional charges however I needed to call a different number. When I called the number they gave me the person I spoke with was friendly, however also told me he could not help me, however this could be done and with no additional charges. I would need to contact someone else. The third time I called after spending around 45 minutes talking with enterprise and being placed on hold while they looked into who could help me I again was told I am calling the wrong number and she could not help me. She was very nice, I told her what I had gone through and could she please do what she could to adjust the reservation on her end and she said she couldnt. I now was getting very frustrated and said if she can not help me who can. She said she can have me speak with a mgr, I said ok. Then the mgr Dale came on and his demeanor / tone of voice from the very start was bordering on angry and very irritated before I even said a word. This only got me more upset. I started telling him what I was going through which included that I do not see my self using Enterprise again and may be telling others about my poor experience. He then responded by yelling at me to not threaten him. I said WOW are you kidding me? Based on that response (he had a responsibility and a chance to turn this around only to make things much worse). I asked what his last name was he said he was not giving me that. I then asked what is his supervisors name and he said you dont need that and I wont give it to you.! I hung up with him and tried to find a live person through enterprises website so I could report this to. I only found a place to email my issue. I emailed my problem, which included asking someone to contact me directly by phone to discuss my bad experience. I was told someone would contact me as soon as possible. This was the morning of March 31st. I emailed again on April 1st only to be told someone would be in contact with me. I again sent another request on April 4th same response. As of April 5th no one has contacted me by phone. It took my wife to drive down to the local enterprise office on the 31st to work out the change in rental to have vehicle dropped off in Chicago. She was told there would be an additional $250 charge for a one way fee, again 3 different people told me there would not be an additional fee. My rental was for unlimited mileage and I was returning it the day and time it was originally set up for. They said the fee was due to one way drop off charges. My rental change was $150 now this will bring it up to $400. They at leas took off $100 bringing the total now to $300.When renting a car from Enterprise be warned of the incompetence and potentially unprofessional behavior especially if you ever talk to the mgr Dale who made this experience by far the worst part. He has no business being a mgr and dealing with the public and he is someone that has negatively effected Enterprises brand in my opinion.
