Scheduled tire replacement with my local Goodyear store for today. The sales crew were great to work with, price matched for the tire cost and worked with me on some other services that my vehicle needed. Car is riding like new again. I would recommend this location, and will be coming back the next time I need auto service. Thanks!

Scheduled ahead with an appointment. Staff was exceptionally nice a friendly. Car was on the rack longer than I expected for a scheduled tire change. I have done this a “few” times and considered this visit longer than usual. WheI was about done it was indicated to me that the tires were a bit out of alignment and for an extra $100 they could be aligned. Now I took a look while the car was on the rack and the alignment equipment was on the car prior to any discussion or approval. This is a typical approach to getting a customer to spend more money! This I did not like! There should have been a discussion way prior to this last minute add on! Since we were taking a trip, I felt it was prudent (although not essential) to get the one tire out of alignment back into alignment. An extra $100 is high and not appreciated. Although the equipment was attached and the car on the rack, I decided to get it done. A tactic that I am sure is done quite often. I don’t appreciate the tactic nor the price. Hence the 3 stars. The tires and service related to the tires was5 stars. But the sell tactic got you 3 stars.

I’ve taken my cars here several times and have always had a very good (and easy) service experience. Bill is fantastic, very professional, trustworthy and I’ve interacted with him the most. The only reason for the 3 stars is that the inside facilities for customers is subpar. It’s very much in need of updating. If they did that, it’d be an instant 4-5 stars.

TPMS light came on and stopped into Goodyear with no appointment. They inspected the tire and found a nail in it. Fixed it right up and didn’t even charge me for the repair. Top notch service and customer service.

Five stars, no question for me! This place is great. They have helped me out big time - twice. The first time was a tire leak, which they fixed quickly for no charge because I have Goodyear tires. The second time was loose motor mounts, which they fixed quickly and again for no charge, because they said it was a simple fix. Also for me their location is great, very convenient, so I dont have to mess with a rental or getting a ride. I have an old car so I know theres always repairs coming up, and this is the place Ill take it because they are quick and honest, they do good work, and they are always courteous too.

The shop was able to get me in that morning to replace my car’s battery, which went out on me while on my way to work. A test was run to make sure my alternator wasn’t going either. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Had decent amount of work done and the normal oil change etc. Car felt actually fantastic after I brought it in. I could feel the difference when I drove away immediately. The steering wheel wasnt shaking anymore and the car didnt pull.Everyone there was super kind. Service manager and tech really helped me out and actually explained issues of the car to me, so it was nice to actually understand issues of car. Would highly recommend. Ill be returning for oil changes, tire rotations, and any maintenance etc.

We have always had excellent service at this Goodyear location. Love buying tires from them because they really take care of you for the life of the tires. One of our tires was leaking air from some corrosion around the rim and they cleaned up all four rims for us for free. They’ve always been very fair in their pricing and have used them for other maintenance on our vehicles.

I have been taking my vehicles to this store for a year now and the service has been awesome.

What is the point of having an appointment? Not respectful towards appointment times. They are not interested in answering questions regarding even when your tires will be in store. If you do not even make me feel like an important customer when I am buying tires, when will you treat me like a person? Not an enjoyable experience. I had to wait for three hours for a tire installation appointment.

I had a flat tire over the weekend.. called first thing Monday morning.. Bob answered the phone and was able to get me in by 10am. Fixed and on the road at 11!! They always take good care of us!

Get Gos air pump was busted again and I pulled in here out of desperation and asked how much to fill a tire. I knew it was a crazy request, but the gentleman behind the counter said they could take care of it for me real quick, free of charge. And they did! Great experience!Update: I went back there to get the problem tire fixed and thatvwas also free of charge. Great service and great people. Definitly give this place a go!

The only place I will bring my car and will always advise my friends to bring theirs here. The prices are extremely fair, the staff is very friendly and helpful understanding on what needs to be fixed now, what can be put off etc, and they always get to the work in a timely manner. Ive never had a problem with customer service, every employee seems knowledgeable and when a manager does need to get involved they have always been fair and honest. There is not a single other place I would want to send my car into and will gladly wait an extra day or so to give my business to the employees here.

I went there to have some factory reproduction wheels put on my new used 2096 Corvette Coupe. Since the wheels were manufactured in China, I wanted the wheels spun on the the tire balancing machine without tires before the tires were mounted to ensure the wheels werent out of round. The manufacturer of the wheels will not take them back if tires had been mounted on them. Well 3 of the wheels were out of round which was a bummer but Goodyear didnt charge me to spin them. My replacement wheels will be in later this week and it will definitely be taking my car back there for service.

Carly is always super helpful and responsive. This is now my ‘go-to’ repair place for all of my vehicles.

We’ve been getting service from this location for two years now. It’s a really trustworthy place and they always do the most to help us out. We are frequently surprised by the prices and things they cover at no charge. Wouldn’t use any other auto service in the area. Management and the entire staff couldn’t be friendlier

Scheduled a wheel alignment, oil change, & tire rotation. I asked for wiper blades and for a tire i had in my trunk to put on. I was informed that I would have to pay the extra charge for them to mount the tire. This was not completed, Neither was the estimate for 4 tires, even though I was told that she would email the estimate since she did not complete while I sat there. I was there for 2 hours for the services to be completed, which has only ever been 45 minutes at the Franklin Ave, N Canton location. I am quite disappointed in the service I received after being a customer of another location for 6+ years

I just want to say how amazing the manager Carly is. I have been servicing my vehicles at the dealership I purchased them from for the past 12 years (I used to work at that dealership). However, due to the dealership’s inability to properly handle COVID-19 and my service needs, I decided to go to my local Goodyear location. I am beyond thrilled I made that choice. Carly took amazing care of me and my vehicle. I brought it in for brake work and the pricing is well below what the dealership quoted me. There were some hiccups along the way, but Carly handled all of them with the upmost professionalism and customer service. While there, I asked her to look into an issue with my tires wearing too quickly. Again, she was able to assist me quickly, professionally and with great customer service. She truly is remarkable and I will now be a devoted Goodyear service customer. Especially since Goodyear is doing everything and more to properly handle COVID-19.

Pretty good experience overall. I was grateful that they took me in when I had a flat tire (pothole). They even stayed late to help. Everyone was friendly and easy-going, didnt feel a whole lot of pressure to go with their suggestions. I would recommend this shop, but there is some room for improvement here. Prices should be more competitive; my regular auto shop would charge about $300 less for new brake pads. Also, be careful about trying to up-sell. I went in for a new tire and didnt voice any concerns about my brake pads. Its not that I thought I was being lied to when told they needed replacement, but it could have scared me away from returning had I spent a lot of money on this. Youve got good customer service and technical skill there; the only thing holding you back is pricing. Hope this helps! Thank you again for being there when I was in a tough situation.

Took a friend here to pick up her vehicle after having a wheel fixed. The invoice came out to over 1k dollars. I looked over the breakdown and realized it only came to about $650. The woman working the counter seemed confused. Then a gentlemen came in from the shop and looked it over. Realized the invoice was wrong. He assured us the charge would only be the 650. He didnt seem all that confident about it but was at least apologetic about it. We did indeed check her account before we left and everything was good. However. Im glad I went in with her and caught that.

Do not take your car here. I came in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Before this my car has been making a scraping noise (not often and very quietly) when I picked my car back up the noise was so loud and occurs on every turn I make. I quickly came back in to make them fix it but they said they couldn’t because the tech wasn’t certified and to take it elsewhere. I talked to corporate and they had the store manager call me and he said to bring it back in. I did and the lady said I would have to wait for 30-45 min for the manager to look at it which I was fine with but she gave me the uncertified tech again! He looked at it and came back and said “yeah its still making the noise I don’t know what it is”Called corporate AGAIN and now I have to wait to talk to someone again! Don’t bother I do not want them touching my car ever again.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL and now I get to pay for a very pricey repair. They claim they’d love to fix their mistakes but they really don’t. Save your car and your money and do not come here.

Best deal I have found for an oil change. The staff is very courteous and always give recommendations of things that may need done, however I have never felt pressured to purchase any extra services. The best part is you can easily drop your car off and walk across the parking lot to see a movie while your oil is being changed.

Had an issue with tire installation, but was fixed through store management and customer service.

I went there already knowing what was wrong with my car, I even brought a failed echeck paper. I walked in and stood there for 20 minutes with no service and when someone finally came they said we dont accept other places codes and wanted to charge me 105$ to do diagnostics when I already knew what was wrong. Im happily taking my business elsewhere that actually has fair prices and good customer service.

I made an appointment for an oil change early in the week. I show up and the woman I spoke to said she had no record of an appointment for me. She said she could work me in over the next 5 hours. Sadly my one hour break wouldnt accommodate this. I have had great service here up until the point. I will be taking my business to Hamad tire from now on. I guess the low prices of a Goodyear service center are for a reason. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. If anyone from Goodyear actually reads this please contact me and I would be happy to discuss further.

Got 4 tires installed which would usually take up to 2 hours. They knew I was waiting and got me out under an hour! Great service Team!

Brought my car in for an alignment. Clerk treated me like I was a chore. Only took 15 minutes, but they didnt touch the rear axle and left both rear corners toe outside of spec. Will try them again, but am expecting very little. But at least you dont wait 2 hours for the same service only to watch the tech take your car for a completely unnecessary joy ride after it is aligned like they do at the Arlington Rd location.

I found my first visit to this location to be very satisfying. The store manager was professional & fluent with the entire product line. He recommended a tire that was specific for my SUV. The appointment time was respected & the tire installation handled in an efficient manner. The stores waiting area was pleasant with WIFI & hot coffee.

I had problems at another facility . I Called and spoke with Randy the Service manager and i explained my concerns . I work till 5 and what i needed done was going to be a rush . Trey the manager and Randy got me in at 5 and did a lot of work that the Tech Dakota M. Stayed over to make sire i was back on the road asap . And Dakota M. Does great alignment work . He is great . Barbra was super nice at the counter and one of the techs fixed my tire.

I took my truck to get the breaks fixed. They told me that I need a whole new break system, so I told them to put it in. This was 5 months ago, and now my break line is messed up. I called to ask what they did, and on their records they told me the didnt touch the break line, but they touched everything else. I paid over 700.00 for this to be done, and it was done wrong. And Goodyear doesnt care! Wont fix their problem.

Insane rip off. Went in for suspension problems. Was quoted 1400 for front struts. Went to Monro. Was quoted 750.The parts can be ordered online for $355, so that means their labor and upsell on the parts is over $1,000.I cant believe people actually pay their insane prices. Get out of this place before you spend way too much on your next car repair.

Good customer service and looked super busy but didnt feel busy when I was there which was nice. Alot of hard working people at that location.

Bad customer service.... I call them to schedule a oil change a day ahead and set a time. When I show up at their location, they told me that I did not call them or schedule an appointment and claimed that I may have done with with another location of theirs. When I show them my call history they said i cannot get my car looked at for about +2hrs. I did not want to leave bad review for the first time when it happened since anyone can make mistakes but it happened again and I was told that I have never been to their store before? I have been there about 4 times now and they have never recorded any of it. I wont recommend this place since there are many other service stations around them.

I got my oil changed and it was $16 more than it usually was. Also when they rotated my tires they did not check them..all of them where way under what they were suppose to and one even had a gash in it. I had it looked at again 2 weeks after and the other people where surprised it had not ripped yet.But they were friendly.

They installed calipers and break pads for me also changed break fluid. I payed $753 and after 4 days i had a big leak in p/s rear break line Break fluid went low so i was adding it during all my trip. I believe for that brand and that money they couldve do better job.

This service center is a joke. This is the second time I have come here and both visits I am so upset. I will never ever even have them change the oil. They bring you useless reasons and try to make you pay more! I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they have some money to waste.

This seems like a typical bait and switch shop so be wary. They were running a special on synthetic oil change for $49 but final bill was $69, which included a bunch of misc fees not agreed upon from the start (I asked them beforehand about other fees and they didnt mention any). I also overheard them charging a poor Asian woman $500 for two tires for a economy-sized vehicle. She was explaining that she thought the prices was too high and he was trying to justify $130 for a lifetime wheel alignment, some overly-expensive tires and inflated prices just to mount the tires. I made an appointment for my oil change and still waited 1.5 hours until it was completed. I wouldnt recommend them at all - too shifty and way too slow.

This store is a complete joke! The managers here have some of the worst customers service skills that I have ever seen. The Service Manager is extremely rude and acts bothered with anything that he is asked. It took two separate visits to for them to balance my tires properly. I will never return to this Goodyear store. Absolutely terrible!

Whoever works at the front desk was mean, we had made an appointment online and than she had said that the website isn’t affiliated with their store . When it clearly is . She had said there’s nothing they could do about it and would call us if they ever had an opening than proceeded to say they take there last appointment at 4pm when they close at 7.Worst service ever !

I only go here for oil changes because theyre cheap and close. Everything else they over-charge for and I go to places like Leipold, McCreadys, and G&R Auto for all other things. Goodyear is too inconsistent with their price quotes and service. I dont trust them when I talk to them most of the time.

If you need air, they check the tires no charge. If a puncture, they repair no charge if tires from Goodyear.
