I have been insured with this agency since I was 16 years old(1979). I have my auto, home and now my business insured with them. I have never had any reason to go anywhere else. Every claim Ive made, or problem Ive had, has been handled exceptionally. Ive even gotten advice on referrals for accountants, lawyers and auto repair specialists. Greg and Michelle have always been extremely helpful, very informative and completely open and honest.

After 20 years with them our agent left. Then our rates skyrocketed. We called to question them and Mr. King was very disrepectful and condisending. He then sent us a letter asking us to find another agent. There is no doubt we will. We will also be speaking to Ohio Insurance Agents Association
