As our business relationship grew, I added personal home and auto policies. Eventually, my wife also used Leo for her retail business insurance.Leo has always been easily accessible and, in my opinion, and most importantly, always prepared to offer the best insurance advice available.I should add; prior to switching to Hastings-Bedell, I had used several other well-known, local insurance agencies. Incidentally, all had been recommended by various business contacts. My experiences were virtually the same with each; and, I was sadly disappointed. The others approached insurance as an obvious sales endeavor, without much regard for the clients needs and/or well-being and, typically, offered less than expected knowledge of my professional needs.
