Great service and didnt try to upsell me. Instillation was in a day after I called

I would NEVER use this company. I witnessed a technician and the manager become defensive and argumentative with customers. The situation stems from a customer simply calling and asking for assistance because immediately after they installed their product on a brand new car the car would not drive. Not only were they not helpful, they were immediately rude and not helpful on the phone, they created more of a scene at the car dealership the car had to be towed back to (recently purchased new car). They did not allow time for the dealership to properly analyze the electrical issue they caused In the vehicle, picked up the equipment and were belligerent with the service department at the car dealership. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS CLEARLY RUN BY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.
