These guys did an awesome job. A/C, furnace, thermostat, and chimney liner installation.After making the appointment with Bane, Rohit and his team arrived promptly at 8 am in their clearly marked utility vans. Once they introduced themselves, they draped cloth on the floor where they would be walking so not to track anything into the house.They were mindful of the animals, polite, and worked diligently through the rainy day to have my new system running in just a few hours.

Had a new furnace and a/c installed. Installers did a very nice job. The company was easy to work with from start to finish.

We had a pretty extensive project replacing a Tankless water heater with a boiler and tank system with the benefit of using the same boiler to heat floors in 4 rooms. Bane was extremely helpful in directing our thinking from our research on the topic. Jesse, the skilled tradesman who installed the system was an artist with copper and valves. Always left the work area clean and organized. Was a wonderful experience all around and the warm floors are to die for. I would recommend to anyone.

I hired Martinov Home Solutions to replace my 18-year-old furnace and air conditioner. I dont usually leave reviews, but Bane and his company do truly excellent work. They did a lot of odds and ends I wasnt expecting (replacing humidifier line with copper, re-piping humidifier drain, replacing refrigerant lines instead of re-using, etc). During the entire install, they also laid down dropcloths keeping my home clean, which I appreciate. Not only that, but they came in at a lower in price than the other 4 quotes I got by a significant margin saving me money. I cant recommend them enough. Absolutely hire them for all your HVAC needs.

Great experience. Called on Memorial Day at 7pm and had someone out by 11am the next day. Sam was honest and respectful. The fix was a loose wire on the furnace causing the A/C to fail. He was honest and tightened the wires and charged me a simple inspection fee. He could have charged me anything to do any kind of work but was honest about the simple fix. Very pleased, excellent work.

This is the second time I have used them and have been extremely satisfied. The first service call cost me a small fee to get the blower operational. The first place I called did not fix it and instead tried to sell me a new AC unit. For the most recent service call, they came out right away after I explained we had no heat on a cold day and I had 4 kids at home for school. It turns out the problem had a quick fix and Bane would not even accept any money for the service call. Very rare to find people who do business like this these days. Called Martinov Home Solutions Friday Morning to look at my furnace that was not working correctly. He said he could come out within an hour as he hadnt left the shop yet (I was hoping for same day at best). Its an older furnace but he was very knowledgeable about it and was able to identify the gas valve issue very quickly. Within an hour he had it repaired and running correctly. He looked everything else over and advised of what to look for and expect going forward.

Bane came recommended to us a couple years ago and we wouldn’t use anyone else for our HVAC needs now! Its was 4th of July weekend 2020 with temps in the 90s. My ac unit fan was not working and the house was 81 degrees. I thought I would not be able to get it fixed until Monday 7/6. I left a vm and Bane called back within 30 minutes. I explained the problem and he said he could be over that day. Very professional, courteous, respectful and he explained everything and showed me the damaged capacitor before he replaced it. We are very happy with Bane and the work he did! Highly recommended!!

Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and reasonably priced! Came out for a quote within a day and then scheduled a couple weeks later to have service done. They installed a new A/C and fully replaced the furnace in one day. Everyone was very nice and worked hard and quickly. They went the extra mile to make sure to clean up after everything! At the end of the day, they explained to us all of what they did and how it all worked as well as some tips on long-term maintenance. I would highly recommend them!

They were on time and worked diligently throughout the day. This is not something I often see in contractors. They also were meticulous in how the prepped prior to starting work and carried this through out the day as I think the work area was cleaner than when they started. As for prep they laid down tarps through my house so as not to dirty anything. In addition to this they worked practically in the background. Yes I occasionally heard a tool or saw someone but honestly I barely knew they were there. They closed out the day by walking me through everything they did, explaining my system to me, and making sure I had zero questions. Overall this was a great experience and I would gladly hire them again

I had these guys replace air-condition, furnace, humidifier, filter base, & smart thermostat. All, I can say about these guys is “bravo”!!!First, Bane (the owner of the company) is NOT a typical pushy salesman that would get all worked up because you want to get more than one quote for the project, like couple of them did. He is a really nice guy, honest, and easy to talk to. He will not try to sell you things that you don’t need.Next, out of 4 quotes he was about $100 dollars more than the lowest quote, but the other company did not have good reviews and did not feel that salesman wanted to work with you and answer questions/ provide suggestions like Bane did. It was worth paying $100 more.The crew (Jessie, Austin, & Rohit) that installed all this equipment was friendly and knowledgeable about product just like the owner. They performed work quick and clean-up after themselves very well.Bottom-line, great people, great experience, great price!!!

Quick response. Excellent and fair service. Extremely helpful. Our heater broke over the weekend. Called these guys first things Monday morning and needed to move fast. It was cold and we have little kids. Bane got out almost immediately and diagnosed the problem quickly. He sent Austin to get a new motor and he replaced it before lunch. The guys who came to our house today were very professional and friendly. They installed a new furnace and AC and everything looks great. They cleaned everything up when they were done and took the time to explain maintenance and troubleshooting we could do if necessary. They actually charged us about half of what Jennings wanted for a similar heating/cooling package.We’ll be keeping in touch when the time comes for a new water heater.

We had an entirely new system put in while we were on vacation. We were very pleased to come home to a cool comfortable house. We have been here 3 years and have never been able to to get the temperature even between the upstairs and downstairs. Mr Martinov added zone controls and a variable speed furnace and now we can cool different areas as needed within a few degrees. The craftsmanship is also worth noting. Everything is strait, clean and neat looking.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any large repair at the house. These guys did an amazing job accurately and timely.I was referred to Bane Martinov by my trusted plumber Wayne Welch. My furnace went out on Monday, 01/28/19 in the morning. I was very concerned because in my area the temperatures were expected to drop to below zero for multiple days starting Tuesday night, 01/29/18. I knew he would be busy but I tried to reach him anyways. When I called Monday morning he answered immediately and was at my house to take a look at it within 3 hours of my call. I ended up having to get a new furnace because the one I had was old and it was going to cost too much to fix it. Bane figured it all out and had a team (Austin and Zach) at my house the following day to install my new furnace, fix my whole house humidifier and change the duct work to fit a more common and economical filter.Austin and Zach were very polite and worked hard all day on getting everything installed.
