My computer issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. The problem was compounded by my lack of computer skill. However, that was dealt with in a courteous and professional manner.

I contacted TruAdvantage in my search of an IT partner who could help us automate more, minimize downtime, help our staff with their daily issues, mobile access and collaboration tools.
