Their customer service, friendly staff, and overall culture of their company are amazing. At the micro level, they are great at resolving issues, reporting and response rate. Felix, and TruAdvantage continues to support. I use my home computer for 99% of working from home. When talking with Felix before the pandemic he said contact me about my issue when Im ready. I was ready to upgrade my video card. I made some recommendations to what I could use and he narrowed down to a specific card that would meet my needs, not get bells and whistles because it was bling. He wrote/corrected my instructions on what I thought needed to be done, as I am no expert, so I could do it on my own.Once I got done tripping on my own shoelaces, I am up and running and happy.THANK YOU FELIX!!!

My whole view of technology has changed since partnering with TruAdvantage. Now I see IT as a tool to help our business (Real Estate office with 2 locations) achieve, scale and grow. This was definitely not my view before as I used to view IT as a necessary evil and an unfortunate expenditure.We needed a partner to comprehensibly address our needs, provide a short/long term IT roadmap and put us at ease for Cybersecurity. TruAdvantage delivered.They provide direction and goals in our regular meetings (monthly or quarterly), I approve and its done. We have moved mountains together over the past two years. I have to add to the accolade for these guys. I tend to have more computer issues than most, and the team at TruAdvantage have always come to the rescue. Absolutely great service from the moment I call them. The first time we were in panic mode- without any IT service and all emails down, and out. There were tears and a few screams from the staff... then we called TruAdvantage and spoke to Iman, mind you this is 10am. He had a busy day, but took 3 hours to come save us. By the time he walked out the door, everything was fixed, and we were up and running. I cant express the sense of relief, and assurance that the task at hand is being tackled by their unrivaled expertise. In this day and age inadvertent technological setbacks are a given, and a brilliant team like TruAdvantage is indispensable in coming to the rescue, and saving the day. They migrated our email server to office365 (60 users) with calendars, etc.Well planned project, timely delivery and more importantly zero downtime. They work with our internal IT team and supplement monitoring, high level guidance and perform projects that are out of the scope of our IT team. Iman has been our IT guy at work for the last 13 years. He, and now his team, are able to handle many of our IT problems remotely so we can keep working with minimal disruption to our schedules. Sometimes this means addressing an issue immediately, and sometimes it means theyre working late at night when we are out of the office so as not to disturb us during the workday. As a small business, we have always appreciated that Iman is willing and able to give us quick and personal attention, and that he and his team are understanding of our companys needs.

In the last 6 months TruAdvantage has resolve so many daily issues that we used to experience. We now have fast internet access, they replaced outdated computers, saved money for us by changing our Internet provider. Full disclosure: one of the co-founders of TruAdvantage is my schoolmate from San Jose State days.As one of the top digital marketing and graphic/website design companies in the Bay Area, we heavily rely on technology, computers, printers, high speed network with minimal downtime. I contacted TruAdvantage in my search of an IT partner who could help us automate more, minimize downtime, help our staff with their daily issues, mobile access and collaboration tools. I also needed direction to utilize Cloud more and lower cost. and TruAdvantage exactly has delivered that over the past year.Initial engagement: very professional yet friendly. They shared their vision of IT results they deliver to businesses and it was completely in line with what we needed. Their approach is definitely different from other IT firms I was interviewing at the time . They see the big picture and help you utilize IT to impact your bottom line at the business level.Responsiveness (Helpdesk): critical factor for our company is that our IT issues are handled in a timely manner. We have 3 ways ( call, email or portal) to report issues. They are quick, and follow metrics of how fast they resolve issues. They typically fix our issues remotely within minutes. I get a monthly report of their resolution time even though I dont ask for it.IT Strategy: They helped us move our servers to their hosted cloud so our cost has been lowered with higher security and reliability. That has brought great peace of mind for me as the owner. I truly enjoy the quarterly meetings in which we get a high level overview of our IT status and recommendations to further impact our business in regards to cost, security and staff.Overall: fun and knowledgeable team with a diverse team and expertise . No geek language, very process oriented, every responsive by following metrics. They have become a true partner for our business. We even call them for non IT issues sometimes (like what TV should I buy) and get their recommendation. Highly recommended especially if you want a trusted advisor to help you with daily IT issues and also overall IT direction and strategy.

We have been working with Kayvan and his team since 2015. We got infected with Ransomware in 2015 and started questioning our previous IT company’s expertise. We chose TruAdvantage after 3 months of painful meetings with multiple IT companies. TruAdvantage stood out from day 1, their marketing and sales and presentations were top notch.Glad to report we made a good decision. Other than their amazing customer service, they are well versed in cybersecurity. We subscribed to their Secure360 which provides security training and ransomware protection. We havent got any issues or security breaches since the switch. We are changing our phone solution to the one they provide so we can get support from them for phones as well. One of the Best IT teams to work with. Process oriented support and fast response while giving you personal attention. They implemented a custom support solution for us to save time and cost but wihtout compromising on quality.Very competent and knowledgeable and the same time fun . Matin, Rawan, Kayvan and rest of the team truly practice the no geek language and make IT and computers fun. They setup our newly established medical practice in Bakersfield from ground zero with cloud servers and onsite/offsite backup. We havent had any issues with zero downtime.
