We bought a new unit and are very happy with the service we received from Alliance Residential Services Inc. Howard and Stephen were the installers and they were the greatest. I would recommend this company. The only issue I had was the cleaning of the ducts they did not remove the vents to clean. The service techs and Lance were all nice and professional.

Called Alliance Residential Services Inc. because the AC had frozen over- they ran the fan for 2 hours and they were able to fix the unit the same day! I was so happy I called them back to see if they could help out with cooling in the house. the living room got really cold but my daughters bedroom was still really hot. they came back and redid my ductwork and now my daughters room cools down perfectly! Great service and awesome prices! WOULD 100% recommend Alliance Residential Services Inc.!

Finally had our Air Ducts cleaned at the office. Wow-what a difference! The office seems cleaner, less dust, fewer allergens. Alliance Residential Services Inc. did an excellent job, they covered everything and cleaned up all the mess. You would have never known they came in and cleaned the ducts. Our entire office is noticing a difference in the quality of air. Those of us with allergies no longer get itchy eyes. Super happy with the results, will definitely call them back once a year to get our ducts cleaned.
