After calling every single Tow Service in Cumberland MD and receiving crazy amount of prices we came across Lucky 13 Towing& Hauling. These guys are amazing and reasonable . They are not out here to get your money knowing that you are in need of their service. Our drivers straps snapped off and his load was starting to fall off the trailer and we need the load lifted and reworked . We have heard anywhere from $1900 - $3000.. Which is honestly crazy!!! Lucky 13 was kind enough to show up to the scene and see how they can help us and what the cost would be . The cost was reasonable compared to every other company they charged $700. We wish their was more companies out there that were actually there to help these drivers out and not rip the drivers out!!! We understand that everyone is out there to make money but being reasonable is very important. Anytime We are in Cumberland area we will definitely reach out to you guys. I was traveling for work (Pilot car/escort) and my alternator locked up and broke my serpentine belt. They sent Brad out to rescue me with a tow tuck and he dropped me off at the local hotel. Army and Marcus had me up and running the next morning (Saturday)which saved my run, and for a pretty reasonable rate. I can’t say how much I appreciate their customer service and professionalism. Without their help I could’ve lost an account. Highly recommend.

On time, courteous, really helpful. We stopped in a small town that google said had 2 stations but both were closed (on Monday afternoon) . He brought us gas in a regular car like another reviewr said to keep the tow trucks towing. He even gave us great directions.

Fast service and great price

Request through roadside assistance. After the 90 minute wait, was called by the driver who told me he had 2 customers before me. 2 hours later I called the driver and the company several times with no response. Roadside assistance also called with no response. Had to find a new company.

Charged $100 dollars to tow vehicle 2 miles. Ridiculous, check prices at other competitors.

Great service reasonable price

I didnt know where I was or where I needed to go but they were my heroes tonight!!! The gentleman at the shop was incredibly helpful and quick and Derek the tow driver was AMAZING and made sure I was somewhere safe to wait for my ride. :) Hate that I broke down but it couldnt have been at a better place. Amazing price and amazing service.

Our car broke down during mid afternoon on Labor day as we were traveling to West Virginia. Lucky 13 answered their phone the first time and the owner/operator arrived within 30 minutes. This was incredible service considering the circumstances and saved our day. Army also gave us an excellent referral for a repair shop that was essential to saving our vacation. I cant thank Lucky 13 enough for getting my truck out of a tricky situation. It ran off the road in some ice and almost tumbled down a mountain, but thankfully got stuck up on a boulder. It wasnt an easy job to pull it out, and they did it quickly on a Sunday. Not only that, but my bed cover snapped off while it was being towed, and they offered to replace it for me since my insurance would not! The only company you should use for towing in the Cumberland area. 6 stars.

Fast accurate service. Called right away and was right on time they estimated. Delivered gas in a regular vehicle to keep the tow trucks on there tows and not get backed up.

This towing company was fast and more importantly, kind! Our family of six broke down on 68. Lucky 13 sent an extra car to bring our family to safety! They are not just doing a job, but taking care of people. Brandi was the best, gave me a hug and even offered to come back to the repair shop to give me a ride to a car rental!!! As a mom that just went through a stressful break down, I felt completely cared for and important. Amazing! God bless you Lucky 13!

We ran out of gas on the highway. We contacted this company and within 20 minutes Matt came and put gas in. He was super quick and friendly. Highly recommend

I was broke down on 68 at 11:00 p.m. I called Lucky 13. The guy was a Godsend...he was very understanding about my situation ...I was scared to death. I was on my way back home in 30 minutes. They actually have a company car that will take you home if the tow truck is not going to be available for awhile so you are not left along the highway for hours. I have used their service in the past. I will not call anybody else. Thank you Lucky 13!!

This man can out in ice & snow, was there in an hour which is great time! He was very professional & courteous!! OH and his price was great!!

JT found us in the middle of nowhere with hardly any information within an hour. He then dropped us off at a hotel on the way before taking our car to the dealership. Would recommend his services any day.

My car broke down: I called roadside assistance through my insurance. Thought I was out of gas, turns out my battery and alternator need work. I’m traveling as a caregiver with a very sick man who has advanced Parkinson’s Disease. Normalcy and comfort are vital. Ray DROVE US and chose a hotel with ADA comforts and waited with us to be certain we were ok. He saved us from several hours’ waiting for him to shuttle back to get their tow truck by using common sense and real humanity. Bonus we get a day to explore Cumberland and a fixed car!

DO NOT USE!!!! If I could give this company a 0 I would!!! The State Police have them on their list but I hope that will change soon! They were called even though we have AAA and we were forced to use them after my son hit a deer. The person who picked up the car said they would just keep it if insurance didnt pay the towing, but that was a LIE. They charge a crazy amount of money DAILY just to hold your vehicle. They are NOT workable. Actually quite rude when confronted.

Bunch of lying, cheating jerks. Were called out by state police to get us to safety and only arrive 5 mins before my insurance company tow truck arrive. They blocked access to our car and made us pay $50 and did no work. We will be reporting this to the police chief and question the incident. Shady and rude only begins to describe the issues with this crew. Thanks for nothing!

They were there in an hour to get me and were nice and helpful thanks to the driver and helper for all you did

They answered the phone. Everything after that was a lie. I couldnt give them no stars but I tried. They left me stuck. Lied twice about an arrival time. You are lucky if they show up.

This business took 3 hours to pick up my vehicle. Then when they did finally arrive, the driver had an attitude and was very rude. Maybe I should apologize to him for paying his wages and giving him a job. I knew I should have used sponaugles or peers.
