Sanco Financial is one of the best tax offices around! Whenever I call, the woman who answers is extremely professional and friendly! Whenever I enter the office, I am promptly greeted by a member of the office and the atmosphere there is very friendly, professional, and welcoming.Sanco takes the stress out of getting your taxes done by asking you questions when dropping off, even calling you if there is something missing with your paperwork, and they also call you to let you know when youre taxes are ready! I have been using Sanco Financial since 1998. I cant say enough great things, past and present. Cheryl is new to me but treated me as if she has known me for years. I love the personal treatment and professional comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this establishment.

We are happy with Norm and his work we have been going to him for years unfortunately his receptionist passed away. He hired a new person whom has NO idea what she is doing. The old receptionist use to look through the tax stuff to make sure everything was there ( car tax, fire Tax etc.). If it wasnt she would tell you you needed to get it. She was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. The new girl takes your stuff doesnt look at it what some ever tells you they will be calling you. They are suppose to be the professionals checking to make sure everything is there. I absolutely can not stand dealing with her. Its not me, I have heard other people that go there saying the same thing about her. She should not be in that position she knows NOTHING about taxes She is passive aggressive Id like nothing more than to slap her across the face.

Did my taxes so so wrong once I got married. My adress, husbands name, and W2s were all incorect the first year. Gave the benifit of the doubt because I had used them growing up, but similar issues. Used to have an assistant that would double check everything and answer all questions. Not seeing the same service these past 2 years.

Beware of one of Normans staff. She was rude, passive aggressive and un professional. She is the reason my family and I will not be returning. Gave it 2 stars because Normans sweet but the lady outweighed it.
