I had a wonderful experience at Jackson Hewitt with my tax preparer Elizabeth Cage!! She was very nice and helped me get as much back on my tax return as I could. The service was excellent and I didnt have to wait at all to have my taxes done. Thank you Elizabeth so much for the wonderful experience!!!
Just noticed I wasnt given my 1040 as part of my packet. Just a bunch of papers of their policies. When I called they said I had to fill out a paper that they send to Hagerstown and I would receive my 1040 in the mail. This should of been given to me to begin with. They also charged me almost $700 for a simple tax return.

Some of the rudest people I have ever met. The young boy was more worried about his cellphone than actually listening to me and my husband.We are now dealing with extra work and lost out on money!!!
