Zales has lots of nice things and at affordable prices. The sales lady, Abbey, was wonderful.

Zales sucks. I’ve bought three rings from there are they all had the diamonds fall out. I even asked for a replacement and said they couldn’t do it even though I had a warranty. Worst jewelry store do not buy from here

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Zales 7 months ago. Within that time the same diamond has fallen out twice and now a third diamond has just fallen out. Each time the diamond is being replaced I’m without a ring for a month. I definitely would NOT recommend Zales!

Very nice store great selection of jewelry nice watches the staff is courteous the manager is fantastic I think her name is Terrie. She does a fantastic job keep in the store running

Very helpful, and a warranty that is really a warranty. Never have had a problem sending something out for repair at no cost!
