My wife has been going here for a while. I joined her one day as it was my day off, and i cant wait to go back!! Best group exercise classes around!!
Love the workouts and the energy here. Tough to find the location the first time I went. Parking lot needs love. Entry into classes is a bit chaotic. But once you find it and wade through the crowd between the switch of classes, youve got a gem when it comes to sweat potential.
Top notch! Staff is incredible. They know their stuff! If youre looking to get into shape, this is the place to go!
By far, the best group workout around.
