We did a kitchen remodel. Lisa did a great job with her design and kept our budget in mind to make it happen for us. Outside of delays that were out of everyone’s control, they did a great job keeping everything on schedule. Communication was great and their staff was meticulous about the details.We have additional projects we plan on doing and Cumberland Kitchen will be at the top of our list for those projects as well.

Our experience with Cumberland Kitchen and Bath was great! They did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. Their designer Lisa was awesome! She spent a long time talking with us, asking questions about the functionality of our kitchen, our likes and dislikes, and what we needed, while also sharing some of her own creative ideas. We instantly fell in love with the design she created! Marilyn did a great job as well coordinating the project. She provided timelines for the project, which were extremely helpful, and she always communicated updates to the schedule. We always knew which crew was coming, when they were coming and what they’d be working on. All of their crews (demo, electrical, carpentry, flooring, plumbing, countertops and tile) were friendly, professional and clean! Everything ran smoothly and on schedule! We are extremely satisfied with all facets of the project and the final product. We highly recommend Cumberland Kitchen and Bath for any kitchen or bath remodel.Great Job and Great People!!

Cumberland Kitchen completely gutted our entire 28 yr old master bathroom, redesigned it, and made it look more beautiful and functional than when it was brand new. They were on time, on budget and very professional. I would highly recommend them for any kitchen or bathroom project.

She provided a great functional layout as well as some extras that I hadnt even thought of. Lisa designed my kitchen and was very thorough and helpful throughout the process. We concentrated mainly on the functionality and the aesthetics and I couldnt have been more pleased. Lisa and the Cumberland Kitchen crew did a wonderful job and I highly recommend their services.

Cumberland Kitchen and Bath remodeled our master bathroom. It was basically gutted and remade. They did a tremendous job. Frank was in charge of the on site job and was so professional and totally reliable. The price was a bit high but it was totally worth it. You get what you pay for.

I have waited 20 years to do my kitchen and I was nervous about the outcome since my husband is extremely picky being a contractor himself but I have to say that Cumberland Kitchen has made my dream a reality with a very satisfied husband. I cannot say enough about Cumberland Kitchen and Bath. We wanted our kitchen remodeled without the hassle of dealing with everything. Cumberland Kitchen and Bath were excellent - from design to finish! We picked out everything we wanted from floors to walls and cabinets. The contractors were excellent and extremely helpful with little design changes. Project was completed within the 6-8 week time frame. I would recommend them to anyone! Great company!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cumberland Kitchen and Bath. When I first talked with Sandy over the phone, I told her I wanted a gray kitchen and that I wanted to create an open concept for my kitchen and dining room. To my surprise at our first meeting, she had tons of material for me to look at and choose from. She offered her opinion, but always let me make the final decisions. She was wonderful to work with and had an exceptional eye for design. I truly feel that she listened to me about various design elements and put my ideas into her design.The main construction team of Jay, Rory, and Colin were just wonderful to work with. They were respectful of my property and my family. Welcoming them into my home each day felt easy, and I knew they were doing a good job as I saw the progress. They obviously took great pride in their work and wanted to make sure things were done well and were done right.Each of the other mini-teams of people were also excellent in their respective fields: the plumbers Tom and Sean, Dave the floor guy, the electricians Mike and Joe, among the others. Each treated my house like it was their main priority (as it should feel) and again, treated my property and family with the utmost respect.As a finished product, I continue to be in awe of the new space that I live in. It is even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and it is all due to the hard work that each person put into the job. I highly recommend Cumberland Kitchen and Bath to anyone who is looking for a kitchen remodel.

My husband and I had our 1950’s Cape Kitchen and dining room renovated into one open space by Cumberland Kitchen. We absolutely love it now!!! Everyone from Tom, the designer we worked with at CK, to Angel who managed our project, to the guys who did the work were absolute professionals and a pleasure to work with. We got quotes from two other kitchen renovation places, and CK was the best, especially because they came in at our budget, and Tom really listened to what we like and didn’t like about design and came up with one that we both loved. 100% recommend! And they really kept to the estimated timeline, budget, while doing a meticulous job. Stop thinking about doing it like we did for years and just do it! You will be so happy you did!

They are high end on pricing, which is not the reason for the two stars. They seem to have decent offerings, and the staff is friendly. However, they make a couple of business decisions that left a bad taste in my mouth. First, they do not allow you to take anything home to review other than a bare-bones estimate. They want you to bring people back to store if you want to have your friend or wife look at the designs. This questionable decision is only made worse with our current COVID situation. Secondly, they did not provide me with a cost break down of the project. Only labor and materials rolled together, with tax added in. When undertaking such a large project I would prefer a more transparent partnership.Edit 2021: So your business model requires a deposit before an actual cost break down? Thank you for confirming your lack of transparency.

Called this company for a quote on a kitchen remodeling they said their prices started at $40.000 without looking at my kitchen. Are they crazy!!

Working with Cumberland Kitchen has been a dream. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are incredible to work with. I’ve never felt rushed or like I had too many questions. The staff were very professional and attentive to all my needs and the details that went into designing my kitchen. I would highly recommend working with Cumberland Kitchen. I can’t wait to do my bathroom now!!

I loved working with Cumberland Kitchen and Bath from the designer, Lisa to all the subcontractors. The level of expertise and depth of knowledge was excellent. We had issues with our previous flooring and a leaking door and they addressed both of these issues while refinishing our kitchen and bathroom. I absolutely love, love our new surroundings and I am grateful to Cumberland Kitchen and Bath for doing a wonderful job with our renovation. I highly recommend them for any refinishing job. I was looking to remodel a kitchen for a home that was to be rented out. I wanted quality and value. The staff listened to me and delivered exactly what I wanted in a very timely manner. The design worked beautifully. Staff was very friendly, treated me like I was family. I highly recommend Cumberland Kitchen & Bath.

As a small business supporter, I really wanted to like this place and Im sure they are great. ( If they have time for you.) I walked into their store yesterday, and I would have been an easy $10k sale. But no one greeted me After a few minutes one of the sales people reluctantly left a very intriguing coworker conversation to let me know if you want anything Ill be over here. She went back to the chatting and as I walked by one final time no eye contact, no thanks for coming... I left annoyed and went elsewhere.

Our kitchen was in need of a much overdue renovation. We did our research and visited Cumberland Kitchen & Bath in Cumberland, RI. It turned out to be a great choice. Kevin and Rita listened to our needs, desires and budget. During the consultative process, their entire staff worked with us, patiently and empathetically, to arrive at a solution that was beautiful and worked well with the rest of our home. Each phase of the project was performed as promised and on time. We were continuously kept informed of the work to be completed and the disposition of the materials arriving throughout the project. We could not be happier with Cumberland Kitchen & Bath. We were impressed by the way they do business. In Today’s business environment of big box stores and home improvement mega stores, it is nice to know regular, normal professionals such as Kevin and Rita still exist. I felt like a family member, as everyone at RK&B was straight-forward and seemed to genuinely care about our project. As for the workmanship, simply beautiful and as promised. I certainly recommend you visit Kevin and Rita and include them in your due diligence phase while searching for a reputable and honest group of folks.
