They don’t tell you that there is a 3 percent charge to use your debit card so if course we had to make 2 trips. The estimate they gave us for replacing an alternator and fixing our van door was off by hundreds of dollars. And to top it off, nobody in the office wears a mask. Never again!
Absolutely amazing people. Broke down this morning on my ride home to NJ and not only did the help me get a tow but they also hooked me up with a rental car for a great price and are looking into what caused my car to break down.Absolutely awesome people. Couldnt have been luckier on a day when everyone else was too busy closing their doors. Highly recommend them!
Did a good job at providing me an estimate and work was good. A little pricey but Recommend it
I was unlucky enough to break down outside of cumberland and be towed to these jokers. They took a week to replace a water pump (which had to be replaced again 3 months later because it was installed incorrectly), scratched up the side of my car and didnt take the blame, and when they pulled it out for me to drive away all of the coolant leaked out causing it to overheat. This was the first of my troubles. While I was waiting on their staff to finish my car I rented one of their clunkers. They required a $150 deposit which was to be refunded. I put down the deposit in October 2013 and now it is February 2014 and I still have not received it. Every time I call I get the same woman who seems to know nothing about it (even though she was the one who took my money) and the only person who can solve my problem is conveniently out of the office. I have called, left my number for Linda to call me back, asked to speak to the owners (who are perpetually in Vegas), and exhausted every other civil option. Next step is to have my lawyer call them.Avoid Fishers 10000000 Stop Auto Shop at all costs. Youre better off walking.
They did really great job for me!
Avoid these crooks at all costs. They will take your deposit and never return it. They do terrible work and additional charges for nothing. Be warned, do not do business with them.
