Quality costs but lack of it is really EXPENSIVE in time energy and longevity of a tool. Don, Carlos and all the others at Westwood Power Tools are the best, hands down!They are knowledgeable, price competitive and offer the best service anywhere.I bought a Steel City drill from them. Upon assembly I discovered that the little light that shines on the work area was not operative. I called up Westwood Power Tools. Don said, no problem, well get you a replacement ASAP. No argument, just helpful service. In a few days the new light was in. He called me up, told me to come by and pick it up. I asked him if he needed to old light. He said, not really.I have many, many more stories that describe the incredible service the company provides.Its refreshing to do business with a company that really knows and TRUSTS it customers. I go to Westwood Power Tools for just about all my tools needs. They are the BEST!

Very knowledgeable man runs this place. I went in with a problem and he knew the immediate solution, knew exactly where the right drillbit was - in one of his little wooden drawers - and charged me 87 cents for it. Honest and knowledgeable. You don’t find service like this any more.
