Love coming to the office because the people who I work with are so much fun. Really excited about how much this job has improved my resume.

Anthony (the manager) has been nothing but motivational and positive throughout my experience working with Vector Marketing. He is incredibly professional for his age and his extremely good work ethic rubs off on all the reps in the office. Anthony really cares about the reps he recruits and believes that anyone can do this job and succeed if they put in enough hard work. Since I started working for Anthony and got introduced to Cutco, I’ve been motivated to go far beyond my comfort zone and I’ve been able to really sharpen my communication and people skills as a result. The work can get difficult and it can be scary sometimes, but Anthony’s (and the other assistant managers’) high energy and excitement towards this job makes it a lot more enjoyable and makes it seem like I can achieve my goals. This is a really great opportunity for new college students because you can set your own schedule and it pays pretty well too. The people who hear the word Cutco and immediately think it’s a scam have obviously not taken the time to do their research on this job and have not personally met Anthony and the other assistant managers to understand what this job is really all about. To Anthony, this job is all about pushing yourself to achieve your goals and succeed. This job will teach you how to work hard, be brave, and thrive in the world. I recommend it for any college student who really has a drive to succeed.

I signed up at a website for jobs meant for students. After 5 min some one texted me (vector) letting me know what I was supposed to do. It was very unclear. I didn’t send in my resume. I was able to make the appointment with the manager the next day that soon. I went over there for my so called interview, the office was basically 4 rooms(it was an apartment) and I was getting scared a bit, I walked in a young girl greeted me. I have to say the office doesn’t look that appealing. It took me about 2 hours to get there. I called to check if they had a nearby office, no one picked up. A young guy greated me and told me he was the one who was going to interview me(he was the THE MANAGER)He didn’t ask for my resume or anything, he just gave me a paper to fill out which had basic questions on it, my name, address.The interview began, there was another person there, so the MANAGER which is a student interviewed both of as in the same room ! The questions were irrelevant and the face expressions he gave me was so unprofessional. He basically lectured us about knives, which I didn’t even know was the actual product I was going to go around and sell. If they told me I was just going to be to selling knives I wouldn’t even be there in the first place. The company seems like a scam. They have the worst customer service. I recommend you call and check before you go to the apartment! They probably won’t pick up the phone.The interview ended, the manager said that I will get a text at night from 8-10 which will confirm if I got accepted or not. I didn’t even get a text saying that I didn’t get accepted so at this moment I felt like the student maybe forgot.

Honestly i love the energy here. The manager is a beacon of positivity and truly cares about the success of his people.

Great working environment, with fun & energetic people. There is also chances to win scholarships if you attend college.

This is the greatest office in all of cutco. No one can disagree.
