We had a sign installed at our restaurant 4 months ago and half our bulbs are dead. We have asked them several times to please replace the bulbs while they figure out why this keeps happening (it happens to both our restaurant signs regularly). It’s like pulling teeth trying to get this resolved and in the meantime, our restaurant looks janky because of this awful sign. I’ve been super nice and patient up to this point where they seem to just not care and are incapable of resolving the issue. Do not recommend this company.

They are always very attentive to my requests for estimates even when the job is not all that big. Another plus is their friendly attitude. When I went to the shop and saw the outgoing order I realized that they create some really amazing signage. I myself ask for pretty simple designs but they are more than able to do the difficult stuff based on what I saw.

Our initial order was not done properly due to the failures and incompetence of a staff member who is no longer with the company. When I expressed my disappointment and displeasure, Augustin and John immediately went into action to fix the situation.
