I received a cruise voucher the end of 2019 from a company who replaced windows in my house. I didnt get a chance to use it before the pandemic hit and will not be comfortable getting on a cruise ship for quite some time. I called the company and they immediately offered to either extend the time out 2 years on the cruise voucher or convert it to a condo vacation and extend it out for 2 years. Of course I took the condo vacation. They were very understanding. I was ready to just lose it all together. Great experience!
