I had the best experience working with Technician who came early to the appointment. He spent a good amount of time making sure that all my connections were working being that this is a huge apartment complex. He was very pleasant, professional, and highly knowledgeable in his field. The process was very quick and seamless. I would highly recommend him and his company to take care of my internet needs while I am out here. Also, I spoke to Luis who was also very knowledgeable in the field, who had always given me immediate appointments and cancellation when I needed to postpone my service. He was very pleasant and courteous by phone and email as well. Kudos to this company

I moved into a Culver City apartment and figured Id try Netwood Communications. They were accommodating by scheduling a Sunday install per my request. Ron, the tech texted before the appointment to verify the time, showed up exactly on time, was professional and explained what hes doing. The service works great.

I had a great experience with the customer service team, especially my technician, Victor Hernandez, who was extremely helpful. This felt like the opposite of the nightmare that is Comcast. ElJorgecito feels vindicated in the decision to finally give them the boot.

This is the best, most simple and fluid customer service ever. The website to register, the appointment setting and phoning the account service team - all fantastic.Tim came to my apartment to set up, even called to say he would be just a few mins late. And he answered all my naive questions.This has been the easiest part of my move from New Zealand to California.Very impressed.

If you have access to Netwood Communications, these is no real alternative. The service is top notch, and the price is affordable. I was over the moon when I discovered I was eligible, and could escape the evil clutches of Comcast/Time Warner.The speed is three times faster, and costs half as much. Not to mention the employees are total sweetie pies. We even called them back to our apt to rewire our cable, and they obliged at no charge! The technician informed us that he could set up our router way more efficiently, and just went ahead and did it. I love these people, could not recommend this service enough.

OMG, Esteban is the best tech ever!! As he installed my Internet he figured out an issue with the signal that 3 years with Time Warner techs coming every 3 months could not!! So happy with the service and the new faster speed I am getting!!

Great internet speed and cant-beat pricing. The two technicians who came over to get me connected, Devin and Jad were really competent, excellent at customer service, and a pair of rad humans to boot. They got my service connected very quickly.

These guys are awesome. The service is incredibly priced and flawlessly reliable. I called them up yesterday because I wanted to move from one ethernet jack to another, and someone showed up exactly on time this morning to take care of it free of charge. I literally could not ask for more from an ISP - highly recommended.

Netwood Communications has been my provider for about a year and a half. I was happy with the speeds (~70Mbps up/down) in my old building, so I decided to transfer service to my new building. As someone who isnt tech savvy, I appreciated the patience & step by step instructions they provided me while hooking up my internet.
