I was concerned the hot tub would not fit through the narrow opening into my backyard, so he and the installer came over to confirm before the purchase.They also included a 3-4 month starter kit for all the chemicals.I like buying local and recommend this store.

We had a great experience getting our Jacuzzi from this location. They had several of the style we wanted already on order, so we didn’t have to wait the long lead times projected by the supplier (which was 50 weeks when we ordered). We got it within 6 weeks. Tony was a great rep and helped us finalize our selection and answered all the questions we had - even after we ordered when we were building the pad for the hot tub. The delivery went smoothly and they were there when they said they would be. We’ve had our Jacuzzi now for 3 months and it’s working out great for our family. When they delivered the hot tub, they also gave us maintenance instructions to keep the Jacuzzi clean and clear and not only were they straightforward and easy to follow, I’ve been following them and the water for our Jacuzzi is perfect! Would definitely recommend them!

Buying our hot tub from Lifestyle Outdoor in Culver City was a great experience. The person who helped us, Tony, answered all of our questions, and even though we kept asking things and emailing and stopping by several times while deciding what to do, he was very patient and helpful! He even reached out to us when the hot tub we wanted (which was out of stock) suddenly became available 3 months early. I absolutely love my swim spa! Had to wait a long time for delivery due to COVID but it was worth the wait. It is very easy to set up and maintain, Our sales rep Tony was incredibly helpful and informative.We use it everyday and it looks so great in our backyard.

We bought our Jacuzzi 375 from Lifestyle Outdoor located in Culver City during the summer of Covid 2020. From the moment we walked in we were thoroughly taken care of by Tony Smotherman from the beginning till the end with complete professionalism and answers to many of our picky questions. He was also extremely patient and managed to be able to get our Jacuzzi delivered by the month of November 2020. He even personally came to our house to take a look at the access of our backyard and we agreed that a crane would be necessary. I’d also like to mention that Tony was very prompt in responding to any of our voicemails or emails and I really appreciated that after he had already made the sale he still wanted to make sure we were fine & dandy and that’s very difficult to find in most individuals nowadays.We would highly recommend buying products from this company and keep up the great work Tony as it will take you far in life!!Kind Rgds,Mark H.

I walked in and was met by Tony. He walked me through the different options and prices very clearly and thoroughly. We settled on a tub, delivery went smoothly, and I was set. I had a small hiccup on my end in getting the tub setup. Tony made sure it was taken care of and helped in getting me in touch with the service department. Small hiccup, but Im up and running. Would highly recommend.
