My experience with kForce has been extremely positive. In the last few years, I have been looking for work and have been contacted by dozens of recruiters. Katie Tran is the best recruiter I have delt with and she landed me the job.In 2019 I was out of work for the first time in 25 years. The last time I had to look for a job it was done through classified ads in the paper, fax machines and direct phone calls. So I have been at a huge disadvantage as I have immense experience and qualification but I had no skills in marketing myself in today’s internet climate.Until last month I had applied for over 200 positions in the last 2 years that I was very qualified for but never received follow-up requests for interviews. Katie Tran contacted me for an open position, and I sent her my resume. She was the first recruiter to point out the many mistakes I had on my resume. Not grammatical but in the way it was structured and the important information I was leaving out. She worked with me and helped me restructure my resume. We passed this on, and it was met with an immediate request for interview. Katie then helped me prepare for this interview by talking me through the important aspects of interviewing in these modern times. I had not interviewed in 25 years. She also sent me written information with bullet points. She spent hours preparing me.My interview went very well, and the bottom line is I landed the position after being out of work for two years. She was the first and only recruiter to take a direct interest in me and her desire to see me succeed is very apparent by her actions and work ethic. So 07/30/2020 I was offered a position through K Force for Wescom Bank in Torrance. I currently have a Part time job already and informed them I would let go of this position due to a full time job through K force. I went through a back ground check and completed everything. I was suppose to start 08/06/2020 at 9 am and I get call from Mrs. Gabriella Garcia, to say the position was filled. I was already at the job site and ready to start. This is heart breaking, You don’t know what people are going through and to do something so unprofessional. You definitely will hear from my lawyers.

The worst experience ever.Let me first say that I have 11 years in Medical Administration. 5 of those years were at a hospital. The position I was offered was the same position (patient registration) at Centinela hospital in Inglewood. Apon accepting my position the beginning process was painstakingly long and raises many red flags on the level of communication I was given.1) When can you start episode- I told the representative that I worked a under the table job and was still scheduled for interviews on my days to work. Although there is much more to this scenario...the end results were my start date being delayed a week and me missing a week of work from my old job.2) Background/ Immunization episode- one of the MAJOR issues with this company is that THERE ARE TOO MANY CHIEFS AND NOT ENOUGH INDIANS there is ALWAYS some sort of call or e- mail coming from all these different people which made following up difficult. So I was instructed to go have my drug and TB testing done at one clinic by one advisor and THEN (a few days later) was instructed to go get my flu shot somewhere in Hollywood far away from the original convenient location I was given by a different advisor.3) Far too many independent systems to log in and set up accounts to get started episode- so my issues were so severe that I had no choice but go IN PERSON to complete my paperwork in a under construction environment. I sat and completed module after module which took over a hour to do, only to be told by my rep that my paperwork was not complete even AFTER I was told everything was complete. BTW I ran out of gas enroute to handle this business.4) Meeting and greeting my new family episode- apon arrival I received plenty of warm welcomes and homegirl personas my first day at the hospital. The tasks given were relatively easy and training was pretty cool. Please not that this hospital serves the urban community and is quite ghetto all around the board. But if you got thick skin You will bee fine. You definitely get the support of your team, management included. With the exception of a few uncomfortable and annoying technical difficulties (which could be resolved with updated hardware/software) I enjoyed my time there although it was only a week. Now after a FULL week of great chemistry and professional bonding I was told I wasnt a good fit by my supervisors. My rep said this after JUST telling me that my timecard wasnt in for me to be paid Friday.Divorcing K-Force and Centinela respectfully episode - so not only am I unfit Im culturally inappropriate but they didnt give us any details whatever that means. I agreed to return my work shirts and badge apon picking up my final check which (after giving all my banking info for direct deposit) is on a card. The info/ instructions on how to USE the card was included. I follow the directions given and found out I was only paid 117 dollars. Thats right 117 bucks. My hourly rate is 17. I worked 40 hours that week including Monday before I was fired. So you can do the math. I literally had to explain to my rep that accessing my money wasnt the issue. Im missing money from my check. A full week is missing. My rep? Okay did you receive a email with instructions on how to get your check.... At this point im so numb and so discouraged. That Im ready to write off my check and just so i dont have to deal with these people.They literally caused so much fall out and reverbation on a personal end I cant begin to express just how painful this has been for me.In conclusion, I dont recommend nor will I ever speak in a positive manner about this group. Im actually going to be contacting corporate, Department of Labor, Better Business Bureau, and a lawyer for the culturally inappropriate remark made about my release.You dont have to read my experience but just know this: I took my TIME to write this review in hopes that all of you honest job seekers looking for opportunity to have the security and benefits you labor to obtain try other agencies BEFORE you try these people. Please.

This business is extremely unprofessional. I will spare all the details, but the staff are not about business or customer service. Sounds like a place they go to get away from the house in the morning. You are lucky if they just so happen to answer the phone. I would look elsewhere, trust me!
