Ronys took care of my car when no other could. The owner Rony fixed my motor mounts and helped me pass my smog check by getting the sensors to activate. Good customer service and fairness.You will need to be patient because they are busy but you wont regret it. I gave 4 stars for the longer wait but overall they are awesome in regards to service and making sure your car is right. Also, my car was dusty when I picked it up. I understand they were under staffed but they should clean the car to give a good customer experience ... that goes a long way in keeping a customer.

I took my truck in to get some body damage repaired. I worked with George at the Sepulveda location and had a great experience. The prices were fair and competitive. George was able to get me an estimate in a timely manner and I was impressed with how well the body damage was repaired! Highly recommend Ronys for any body damage and paint work!

DO NOTE TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, they are not honest and not clean.I got a service with them back in May and had a good experience, Howard was kind and honest. Everything was clean, they put a plastic in the car and steering wheel for sanitary purpose..etc. I was happy I had found a new place to take my car that seem professional and honest.However, today was a completely different experience, and it was TERRIBLE. Its only been 4 months since my service and when I went to pick it up they had a whole new set of recommendations I should get done to the car. The guys that had check the car wasnt there and the other one could not explain them to. I had to then wait for 15-20minutes to get my back, and when I did it was filthy and full of dust. Also, there was no sanitary precautions, no plastic in the seat or the wheel, and the guy drove it in and and handed me over the keys. I was shocked that this is their standards in the middle of a pandemic. What a disappointing experience!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I needed to switch my old plates for a new set, but couldnt get one of the bolts off even with an electric drill..my husband tried with no results. Went to a nearby auto shop (not Ronys), and they scared me that they might need to cut through the trunk..depends on the type of the bolt or something like that...wanted me to leave my car their for a day..75$ charge if it would be easy...more if they have to cut it apart))...I had things to do for the day, so I said I would come back...googled some places and Ronys came up with the best reviews..especially about their fairness. So I decided to get a second opinion on my problem. Went there..they sprayed some oil on the screw...used their big muscles, and bolt came off in 10 seconds! And when I asked where do I go to pay, he just said I am not gonna charge you for 2 min work. Couldnt believe it. I told the guy how I found them through reviews and that it was all true, they are great! Now, I might not had the biggest mechanical issue, but the service I received was beyond of what I expected. That will be my go to place, for sure! Further away, but worth it! And by the way, they were packed! Must say something about the business. Thank you very very much!Happy customer

Easily the best shop I’ve ever been in. Everything was well organized and clean. George helped me out and was extremely polite and helpful. The repair was done within hours! Other shops were asking me to bring in the car for an inspection weeks in advance of the actual repair. The repair itself was done flawlessly and at a very good price.I will be bringing my car here for all future repairs and oil changes. Very impressed.

We flew into LAX and got our car to drive 3 hours home. As we got on the 405, a maintenance light came on and the car stopped shifting. We got off the first exit available and pulled into a parking lot. My husband tinkered with it and nothing worked. My husband and I prayed. It was 6:20pm and most places were closed. I searched for auto body shops nearby and Rony’s was one that popped up. Even though he closed at 5, he let us come, he looked at it and promised to help us in the morning. He helped us find a nearby hotel and even let us borrow a car in the interim. I felt like God was watching over us, because if there is a perfect mechanic, this place is it! If you live within driving distance, make this your mechanic! Go to Rony’s!!!

By far one of the best bodyshop in Los Angeles.Super professional, great price and they even finished my car before the deadline !!Not only did the manager talk to me but also the Owner in person talked to me and gave attention to my car, that’s how much they care about the customer, plus the employees are very polite and respectful.Last but not least, They Empathize with the customer which is a very rare trait.PS: I am a total stranger to the shop, I’m not even a regular customer nor am i a Freind, but they treated me as if i was a regular customer and as if i am a friend.Thank you Rony’s Car pros!! I cant complain about this place ever since Ive been going there 5 years or so... the service has been great and the price is Reasonable. When other mechanics were not able to figure out what was wrong with my radiator Ronnie did. I just hope they dont raise their prices.

Ronys Car Pros has done body work on my car twice due to car accidents and I was satisfied both times with their work. The Body Shop manager is fantastic. He is professional and kind. He called me and gave my updates on my car and it was ready when he said it would be. I love their service.

I was traveling through LA to pick up my family from LAX (they flew in to drive my car back to Texas with me) when I had a traction control warning light come up on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. In a rush, I looked up the closest dealerships in Culver City in hopes of getting my car checked out quickly so we could get on the road. After getting my car towed to the Chrysler dealership nearby, I found bad reviews and was reluctant to have them work on my Jeep. I found Ronys with great reviews, and Howard (the service manager) had my car towed to Ronys early the next morning when they opened and looked at it immediately. He ran every test necessary to make sure it was safe to drive back to Texas, and was unable to find anything wrong. He was reluctant to accept any compensation, even though he had spent hours working to find a problem. Howard was unbelievably honest and did not expect payment. With his help, I was able to safely drive 40 hours home, knowing that all aspects of my Jeep had been carefully checked out. Thank you Ronys Car Pros!

Took my car and was very satisfied. Being a female I dont always get an honest shake. I can say they went over everything with me step by step, showed me what need replaced and the cost of parts and did everything they could to get my car back to me in a one day. Body shop did a amazing job on my car . You couldnt tell it was ever in a wreck . Paint came out better then new . The only place I trust to do my body and mechanical work. I take my Tacoma there to get its services. George and Howard have amazing customer service .

Our experience with Ronys was amazing!!! We flew into LAX tuesday evening @ 5 pm The van would not shift. We pulled of Highway @ sepulveda blvd. Carrie googled repair shops. Even though it was after hours we called anyway. Rony answered and said we are closed but come by anyway. He diagnosed the problem to replace solenoid come back in the morning. After taking the van back in the am he called said he had an idea to recalibrate computer and see what happens. And it worked we were able to pick up van and drive home.. Amazingly the quote to repair van was 1200.00 he couldve replaced solenoid and that wouldve been that but saved 1000.00 and from renting a car to get home and then return to pick up van. Rony and his staff went above and beyond is diagnosing my car which had a very complicated set of problems. Thankfully for me, Rony became consumed by trying to figure the issue and get it solved. He did solve it and I am very grateful. He really cares about his craft and it would be difficult to find someone more knowledgeable and dedicated. It is very stressful having a sick car that might not come back but it was a relief knowing I was in good hands until I finally got the amazing news that all was well.

Weve been using Ronys crew for years now for tuneups and basic maintenance. But recently we needed some body work too. After getting pricing four local shops, Rony was clearly the best value, and the work looked great. A white Audi A6, needed full front and rear bumper work as well as one full side of the car.

Very professional and kept me updated on my vehicle. Honest and high quality service.

Not only will they do a good job. They are honest and fair. My wife took her car to another auto shop and they wanted to charge this enormous amount for repair, she then took it to Ronys for a 2nd opinion and they said she didnt need all of that, fixed the real problem and didnt charge a arm & a leg. Food was okay, but watch the guy working the drive thru. Dude gave me the change part of my change then handed me my food. Had to ask him for the rest of my change ten bucks that he had sitting right in front of him.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I stopped using these guys after getting my car back multiple time with new problems each time and things straight up not put back together well. Now on top of that, I am dealing with having to replace things after a year of my car still not running right because my new mechanic says whoever did this work botched it and caused me to re-replace parts that they installed. Never again.
