Theyre very friendly, but I cannot recommend them. I tried out their Tribefluence Instagram influencer package for my Kickstarter, paid upfront, was pressured into launching a major part of my ad campaign earlier than I wanted because they threatened to cancel my marketing if I did not, and the end result is it took some of the thunder out of my Kickstarter launch. The Tribefluence campaign got 0 clicks btw, I measured with bit.ly. At the end of the day, a waste of time and money, and ended with a major marketing move I was going to do anyways becoming less effective than it would have been - so negative return.
