Not a good first day of ownership. Found damage on the unit that I just purchased at time of delivery. Sales person said that all trailer have some type of damage. So I made the 110 mile 1 way trip home only to find that I had lost both bearing caps on the axles on the same side. I contacted the dealer and sent pictures of the unit. I was told the next day that it would be turned over to the warranty department and I would have to wait for parts to be mailed to me. Not sure how long this will take. But all I know is that I have a brand new trailer that I cant use until parts arrive. So we will see how this goes.

Stopped to a few trailers dealers on the way, got creepy vibes from them and then I got to Lucky B… they had the trailer I was looking for, priced decently and I pulled off within the next hour with a permanent plate on the trailer which is priceless these days. I will be back and I will recommend to my friends to go to this place when you need a trailer.

I walked in and waited for 15 minutes for someone to help me find a specific part I needed. There was one man that I could see and he was on the phone the entire time in which sounded like a social call not much talk about trailers going on. He never once asked what I needed, or even said “I’ll be with you shortly” instead just looked and kept talking and laughing while I waited.I wouldn’t waste your time walking into the store like I did. It’s much more worth it to drive up to JIMMYS trailer in brandy station.

Bridget sold me on a 2017 Lakota 2 horse LQ when all I was looking for was a cheap GN horse trailer to camp up in, haha. It was my dream trailer and everyone told me jump so I did. I had some amazing camping in it and even lived minimalistically until my truck was totaled. My trailer had minor damages, and another dealer told us they thought it needed a new axle and had been totaled. So I took it back to the best, Lucky Bs after speaking with Zach. After a thorough look over it wasnt totaled or damaged too bad besides the inside divider so they straightened it and also put new tires on for me. Excellent service, they go the extra mile to help you out. Ill be taking all our trailers to them.

I went in to purchase a hitch part as lucky b was the closest B&W dealer. They didnt have what I was looking for in stock which wasnt a problem, I was willing to order it and wait. The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful but when there was a question about the part she had to ask the owner. This is where the experience went south fast. The owner was too busy to assist a customer. He made his employee play telephone running back and forth 4 times when I could clearly see him sitting in his windowed office. The trip came down to him saying I could get you the part but its too expensive for my time....just get something else here. Ive not been back. Not the only trailer shop in town but they act like it is. Try somewhere else first.

Bait-and-switch routine..to use the words of an earlier review. I was searching for a CM new horse trailer. Lucky B trailers was showing a clearance price of $7K on a trailer in inventory. There were 2 more trailers in stock with a call for price note. Guess what... when you call the clearance model is gone and the exact same model (year and features) suddenly costs $8.3k. Bridget the sales manager explained that the $1.3k difference is due to transportation charges - huh????? Another good one..the clearance model is a trailer from January the $8.3k one is from a later month. Do your research!!! the exact same model with same features was on sale for $6.75k a 100 miles South, even with the $500 delivery to your doorstep fee, still a pretty good deal...Lucky B trailers will have to do a lot to earn my business in the future

Purchased GN22 30 foot long trailer.The lifting jacks are not sufficient for this size trailer. Very hard to jack with no load on trailer.Lucky B Trailers put two new jacks on trailer and there was no change, still very hard. I am happy with rest of the trailer .Bridget has been very helpful at Lucky B.

I bought my first LQ Horse trailer in December 2017. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful in explaining the different options available. I had checked around and I feel I got a good price for the trailer I purchased. They had a good selection of trailers to choose from and I got exactly what I wanted. Lucky B Trailers in Culpeper is awesome! I have purchased three trailers from them and my buying experience has been fantastic! They are great to work with and their service is wonderful! I cant say enough great things about them!!

The process of renting a trailer was easy and the price seemed fair. All the employees were friendly. However when I called to reserve my rental I said multiple times that I needed a trailer with no sides on it, the girl on the phone said that she would reserve a 70ch model for me as it was the correct size and did not have sides on it. When I showed up to get the trailer it was not the correct one, it as a 70PI model which although was the correct dimensions, has very high sides on. I told the guy working there that it is not the trailer I was told I was renting to which I was I told it was the only one they had left so basically I either had to take it and make it work or just not have a trailer to use. So I unhappily took the trailer as I needed it for that weekend (at this point it was 3pm Friday), knowing that I really didnt have any other options. In the end I was able to get the job done with the trailer that I intended to use it for however it made using it significantly more complicated and almost resulted in flipping one of our ATVs trying to load it onto the trailer. Unfortunately as convenient as their rental service is I will most likely not be back due to them not being able to simply reserve the correct trailer for me, or if they didnt have what I asked be honest and say that they didnt have it. Worst part for them is that I am in the market for buying a larger trailer but their dishonesty in trying to reserve a rental makes me not want to purchase one from them.

Everyone was very helpful in selling me a 70CH car carrier. I opted to add a spare, which they mounted to the trailer while I was finishing the paper work. About 2 weeks later when I tried to remove the spare tire to fix a blow out, I realized that the threads on one of the mounting bolts were cross threaded with an impact wrench. 3 hours later, after drilling and chiseling the bolt to pieces on the shoulder of an interstate, I was back on my way. Called Lucky B to see if they had any interest in trying to make it right (maybe throw me a replacement spare or something?), and I walked away with a not really much we can do, sorry. Customer service is easy when everything is going right; its when theres an issue that you get to see who is willing to stand by their work (or in this case, try to correct a mistake that they made).

They were fantastic! I had to get some lights fixed as well as an inspection on my horse trailer. We were also in a tight timeline to move my horses, they not only were they able to squeeze us in, they were also able to fix it and do the inspection! (Probably not always possible) while there, they were kind, and gracious! Definitely recommend them!
