Dealing with Tony and Tracey has been great. They are knowledgeable, honest and dependable and care about their customers. Nobody wants to deal with bugs and / or crawlspace moisture issues but if you find yourself in one of these situations please give this Perma-treat team a call. You may need to leave a message but they will get back with you. Not many businesses give a follow up call after service like I received just to see how things were. Highly Recommend.

Communication at the Culpeper location is very poor. During my first visit from the inspector, for ants in my home, I was told certain information about my service, how it would work, phone calls I would receive, etc... Apparently none of this was communicated to the office, manager or tech. After a lot of back and forth with the Manager, Inspector and Tech things were finally worked out. At that point I was told the tech would come every 8 weeks and would call me to arrange for a Saturday time so they could come in my home, since that is where the problem is. Tech came to my home, unannounced, on Thursday, not sure what all he did, but my ring cam showed he brushed down cob webs and such around my porch and car port. Not sure what else was done, since I wasnt home!!! Got my receipt that my card was charged and still dont know what he did since my problem is in the house! Have called the Culpeper office multiple times today (only ever get voice mail), left two voice mails for Tony Wise, the manager, AND I sent an email. I have heard nothing back and the first voice mail was left over 6 hrs ago.

We used there Christmas light service that they advertised and paid a lot of money. They say they will put them up, take them down and store them. They came and put them up but never came and took them down and after multiple calls and promises they would come and take them down they never did. Paid for the service that they never provided. It was a complete scam.

Thieves. Nothing more needs to be said. Tony is extremely rude and we will never do business or recommend them to anyone unless we get a complete refund

Tony Kennon has kept this house bug free. What he does looks so simple, but it works! Bugs have never been an issue. The few that show up? Theyre turned upside down, dead. Its great to find the bugs that way versus the alternative. And Tony is always fun to talk with making the service even better.

The Technician Randy came to my home last week and treated for a major problem I had with Ants and Spiders. Randy took his time and did a very thorough job around my entire home. Within a couple of days Ive noticed a Major difference around my home, and the pest have seem to magically disappeared. I contacted Permatreat a few months ago regarding mice in our home and wanting to have the yard treated for bugs as well. They were able to book me an appointment for an inspection and treatment almost immediately. Just had our second treatment done and I’m equally as pleased with them. I love that the safety of my pets and family are taken into consideration with the products they use. And they work! Everyone that I’ve ever spoken to is as friendly and helpful as can be every single time, both on the phone and in person. Prices seem reasonable to me based on their services. Definitely recommend.

I recently had service with PermaTreat. Randy was my technician and was always sweet and polite along with being easily reachable to discuss scheduling. It seemed to me that the chemicals were not as potent to maintain the insects and spiders in and around the house. I was considering cancelling my service and being fairly new, administration office stated I could cancel with no obligation but requested the manager to reach out to me to discuss additional supports in efforts to keep me as a customer. I waited almost two weeks and followed up with the office in that time to hear from the manager before I fully considered cancelation. I never heard from the manager and subsequently I went with another company for service, whom chemicals seem to be working along with spraying inside the house. I feel as if I didnt pay for anything. While Randy was nice, I am paying an additional 5 dollars for service and seeing significant results.

He called me moments later, came out the next morning and then he came in and took care of the issue for me! And sprayed the bathroom for Bird mites! He cleaned up all of the birds nest! Our pest control service Rep is Tony in Lake of the Woods. We really appreciate Tony’s responsiveness controlling are pest. It seems like a few times a year we get a sudden invasion of ants and other bugs and he’s always super quick to respond and to make sure gets taken care of .

Excellent customer service. Tony Kennon has been coming to my home every other month now for several years to treat for prevention as we originally had an ant problem. Want to Brian Jarvis and Culpeper Permatreat for great service yesterday. A family member barely missed hitting a satellite pole that a beautifully constructed but dangerous hornets nest. We called late Friday and by Saturday evening the nest was gone! Having been stung by one of these guys before I am happy no one was hurt! Brian was also able to do our annual inspection afterwards. This would have been a solid five had they followed up with what they promised. Friendly and polite, but not honest or trust-worthy. I also had to insist they look into my problem (birds in the attic) a little deeper after they claimed they had taken care of everything and removed them all. Low and behold, they had not. Very disappointed in their end service.

We had a bit of an ant problem. They came out treated the outside and inside of the house. Very professional and we have not had any problems since.

They threw a breaker and acted like it was no big deal. Even after realizing they not only threw the breaker but ruined the switch. They were dense and ruined my day

Came across buggy situation and Perma Treat was very helpful and prompt. I spoke to a very polite gentleman on the phone and they were able to have someone out that day. Yesterday, I had Michael Kilby out from the Culpepper Perma Treat Office to treat/exterminate the carpenter ants who have eaten much of the decks, porch, steps, roof & fascia boards as well as the shed...costing me massive amount of $$ in replacing those items.Michael showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window (3-5pm) I was given ~ listened to my concerns of the massive (& very expensive) damage the carpenter ants had caused...he was extremely professional, courteous, & explained what hed be doing, then went right to work. I was relieved that he could do the treatment the very same day Id asked for an estimate.
