We recently moved to Culpeper and the welcome we received from the Postal Staff is just heartwarming! The guys helped eagerly to answer questions I had and seriously made me feel so comfortable. Love to be in my new community! Thank you Culpeper Postal Service!

Not the USPS I grew up with. The Post Master General appointed by T. is a trash human.

I live in town and USPS is so bad that I have to walk my mail to the blue metal mailbox rather than send it from the house. Its also just as bad receiving mail where I find its been delivered down the street or Im lucky enough to have it forwarded from who knows where.

Package I paid for 2 day delivery was due to arrive today. Online shows that it was on the truck for delivery TODAY by 1 pm. Guess what - that didn’t happen, I guess the mailman forget to drop it off and decided he couldn’t be bothered to bring it. So now it’s at the post office, which closed at 12 noon. So now the package I paid extra to be delivered in 2 days will now be here in 5 days and I have to go out and buy what was in the package. I want my old mail lady back, she was Great and always came back when she forgot to drop something off!!!

2 days ago I was supposed to receive a package, and this following Friday I was supposed to receive another one.. and it said Out for Delivery!! I thought that I would get it today, Mail man new I was home, and could’ve dropped it on the porch i saw my mail get delivered. Even got it out the mailbox. He evened turned around to come back but still forgot the package that is pretty important to me right now it’s well worth over $$$ and a needed item. So I call the local location to ask about the package... they HUNG UP on me. I don’t get upset over things like this but when I’m trying to figure out what happened to my package and nicely ask if it’s there you don’t just hang up on someone saying “give me a second”.

Never had an issue with this Post Office. Employees are awesome. Professional and always kind.

I watch them pass a ton of houses never stopping never coming back, I track my packages online theyre never here by the expected date.. ever.... also someone sent me something last week... Still have yet to receive it.. happens alot

We didn’t receive any service on September 3, 2020, country club estates area, this is not the first time this has happened Usps should review this situation and get a solution.

My Parents address was changed in error the beginning of this year and they have been fighting trying to have this corrected at no avail. The are elderly seniors. My mom is 83 and my dad is 93. They have called, stopped by the Post office and explained and explained. I have called my self and they assure the problem has been corrected and guess what, it is the end of Aug and no mail. The DMV said the next time my Mom comes due to not getting her new drivers license they will have to charge her for the UPSP error. That is not right! They dont get the bill for utilities, cable nothing. They have called the Companies and they said they send it and its being returned. My Parents live on a very low income and they havent received their checks. What else? What is the problem. I guess the next step is 7 on your side or maybe a lawyer.

Dont know why but I put a Netflix DVD in my mailbox yesterday morning and it was never picked up by my carrier. Trying to figure out why since it was in the mailbox since 0830 on 10/21/15. Should I get a PO Box instead?

Always an excuse why they cant deliver a package on time. Today I was expecting an Amazon prime package and I am home all day and they said they tried to deliver it and never did. This happens all the time. I needed that package TODAY!! They are getting worse and worse...

Bad post Office..I almost lost my items . The delivery day expected in 3days. But It was delayed at the post office for 7 days .. so disappointed !

Worst post office ever! Never get my mail on time, never deliver my packages, (which Im home all day) just lazy!

12 hours to deliver a package today that was supposed to be delivered Thursday/Friday last week. Are you serious?!? That is ridiculous. Probably won’t even get delivered today knowing your track record.
