The place was clean. Machines worked great! I brought 5 large bags full of clothes, linens, a blanket, and 3 large comforters. I had no problem with any of the machines I used. The attendant, Tan, was very sweet and super helpful. Will be using this laundromat in the future.

I usually love this place. Its the cleanest laundromat in Culpepper. But the last time I was there I seen a roach. I know because there are so many customers what do you expect. I was just a little put back. But its still cleaner than the rest of them.

I would give 0 star this place if I could. Couldnt find an attendant for help, change machine out of order, most of the large machines out of order and not a single person is wearing mask nor the place bother to remind people about mask and social distancing.

I put my money and detergent in the machine hit start and yes my fault for not making sure it started. I left to go to the grocery store to pick up a few things and came back to the attendant yelling at me that I didn’t put money in or start the machine, my clothes were not wet and that was proof to him. He was sweeping the floor in a different area when I was loading the machine and started it. He was very loud and just mean. Lesson learned not to use this facility. I would absolutely give 0 stars if it was an option.

Nice little laundromat with reasonable prices. Pretty clean and kept up, though a few of the machines need repair or have been out of commission for years now. It is a popular place and can get busy but we havent had to wait for a machine more than once in a few years. We mainly go to wash big stuff, like blankets. They do offer full service wash, dry and fold. The folding service was $5 per basket last I looked. They dont have dry cleaning services. They have a couple tables with chairs, tv and a vending machine in the waiting area, and two bathrooms for customers.

Love this laundry mat. Customer Services is excellent. Not too crowded, clean. Only suggest more dryers.

Came here to wash one load and the washer didn’t t even wash it! Major washer and dryer updates are needed, yea not coming back here, The attendant was nice tho
