Gabriel was incredibly helpful during a difficult time. Afer several visits to the shop, he was continually patient and understanding. I certainly would recommend him to anyone needing computer help.

Overpriced, quoted me $600+ for a gaming PC build, parts were being supplied, he would have to disassemble, assemble and install Windows).I dont understand why the price was so high, he also said it could take up to an entire week based on previous experiences?Regardless of the cost, his customer service was excellent so Ill give him props on that.Maybe hes not familiar with gaming PCs, just regular desktops/laptops?I took my business elsewhere, they charged me only $250 (everything included)!

Gabe is an incredible technician and superb professional. I spilled water on my MacAir keyboard. In absolute panic I rushed it to Gabe and he dropped what he was doing andsaved my brain -- took out the chip, moved it into another Mac he was using and then sold me the Mac at a really compassionate and discounted rate. My critical files were saved. I cannot express my relief and joy in Gabes fast actions. But equally important to me was his calm compassion and quick reaction to what was for me was a crisis. Recently my PC crashed due to a forced upgrade from Microsoft. Netcompcs, sold me a Toshiba laptop at a great price, then went out of their way to make sure it was configured to my needs. It works great! Not being tech savvy Ive had to call them on a couple occasions with questions, theyve always taken whatever time was needed to answer them... Top marks for customer service. Next time I need a computer I will definitely look there first.

I have been using net com for many years now. I bring my lap top and iMac every year for cleaning, checkups, and any updates. Gabe is very good, does what he says, and is timely (doesnt keep my computer long). I have compared his prices with another computer company and he is lower. However, even if he was more expensive I would still go to him because of his knowledge of what is happening in the computer world.

I was never asked about what anti-virus I was using. You said Ill also remove remove whatever virus you have even though that had nothing to do with my reason for being there.

I built a gaming pc and when I played my games it would crash. I took it to techbox and they said it was the graphic card. And are so expensive to get. So I went to netcom for a second opinion. He found the problem. And fixed it. Come to find out it was the power supply that was no good. I would have to spend $700 to $800 to get the same equivalent graphics card that I have in my pc If I listened to the other guys. And I paid much less then I expected. He really knows what hes doing. I highly recommend him. Netcom saved my pc and my wallet.

Gabe fixed my laptop that was completely infected with so many viruses. I was using Norton anti virus software and it was corrupted so I told him to install a new solid state hard drive and new anti virus program. He installed ESET software and I told him not to worry about moving anything from my old drive to new drive.He fixed my wifes laptop also, it was also corrupted with viruses. He installed the ESET software and the computer runs so fast now my wife is very happy. He also checked her Hewlett Packard Desktop hard drive also.He also fixed my Surface Pro, it was infected with viruses with he cleaned and install viruses protection. He fixed my desktop also with a new Hard Drive and install the ESET software program.Im very pleased with the work and services I received from Gabe. I realize that people go in there and ask a thousand questions and want him to tell them how to or what is wrong without paying him for his time. I have worked with Gabe DeSilva for several years since moving to Culpeper in 2015. In fact, I purchased a brand new HP PC from him because the one I had was so infected with viruses that it burned itself up. I am not up to date in modern computer technology and really do not have the time to school myself. Gabe is very diligent to teach people how to protect themselves and I appreciate that more and more as time goes on. I recently read an article that people are actually stealing from large companies by posing as someone on the internet. Apparently, they can do this without all the information of the person they are posing as. So security is important even if you dont think you have anything to steal.....the scams going on are more sophisticated than I can imagine because i dont think that way. Anyway, Gabe is patient with my questions.....which are generally one at a time. I live in a small community and simply take my computer in -- so he has something to work with ......and he will solve whatever problem i might have on the spot.
