Payne’s check cashing has added a vape shop! They were super nice & very helpful! They’re still expanding their inventory, but told us anything we needed they could order & have there in less than a week. Amazing service & the lowest shop prices in town! It’s now my go to vape shop in culpeper!

Great service! Khris and Grace are super friendly and knowledgeable girls. They made cashing my checks super easy when my bank was not able to. Check them out if you miss your banks hours or if your bank is just giving you a hard time cashing a check. Super convenient!

I normally use my bank, but during this pandemic, Paynes has saved me a lot of time in the long lines at the drive thru. Its a small price to pay for cashing my paycheck, but worth the convenience! If the owner is viewing this, your staff is super friendly!! Its hard to find this kind of service these days, so thank you! I will be back and spread the word!

The employees are nice but this business is NOT enforcing social distancing their customers using the slot machines are not even 6 cm apart
