This place usually does a decent job but today the experience was bad. 37 dollars for a wash and interior and I could’ve just saved my money and done it at home. The dash was dirtier after I got my car back. Windows wiped poorly and still bug splats visible. Tires not cleaned well. I have to go in myself and finish the job.

First time here and I could do a better job at home. I purchased a Win package for my SUV and added the ceramic coating. Water spots everywhere(dont belive they towel dried my vehicle, I thought they were doing that while wiping the windows) windshield looks awful, Im not sure a brush even went over the front of my car because theres still bugs all over it and now theyre stuck on with the ceramic coating. The team themselves were friendly, worked fast and as a team but the car wash itself, dont care for it. Id rather go to a self service where I can pay less and get a better clean myself. Two stars for the staffs teamwork.

These guys always do a great job no matter what season. Freezing cold or extreme heat they are out in the elements working. Not that owners shouldn’t get them fans for summer and heaters for winter. Everyone is always very polite and hard working and Becka is always the first to offer a smile and wish me a nice day

I came about a hour ago with my wife bringing her suv, the woman you talk to first was very polite and helpful but what I dont understand is why there was no one helping her spray cars when she had a line and all the young men were walking around laughing and joking and going inside to the ac while this young woman was giving out receipts and then spraying every car in the heat and I believe she is even pregnant apologize if she wasnt, I could see if you all were busy but to not be busy and that poor woman doing it all while they do nothing isnt a good look for this business, much respect to her for being a hard worker but the rest obviously arent at all. Poor management on this place as my wife said its always like this when she comes.

I had a meticulous done. All of the staff are courteous and work as a team. They do an excellent job while getting everyone through quickly. My car looks better than it did when I purchased it. Excellent job and I will definitely return!

After hearing nothing but great things about this place, I decided to use them for the first time because I had a tow truck that busted a hydraulic line and it sprayed all over my car. The girl who took my payment was awesome! She explained all the different levels you can buy and what you got. I decided to go with the Trifecta.Once I got thru the automated wash, they had me pull up behind a car that was in a bay already and wait for them to do the vacuuming and everything else that was supposed to happen. I left the my car running, and got out to wait. A young man jumped into my car to move it forward after the other car had left, and he tried to start my car THAT WAS ALREADY RUNNING! It made this horrible noise, as it does when it’s already on. I looked up and saw another employee give him a “WTF did you just do?!” face and they then proceeded like nothing happened. I watched another employee vacuum everything and shine my tires. Then they said they were done. I was never asked nor offered a scented spray for my vehicle (which is included in the package I paid for) and the next day, in the morning as the sun was coming through my windshield, you could see where they only cleaned/wiped the driver side & didn’t even bother cleaning the passenger side. There was also still a layer of dust on my dash, where the gauges are and everywhere else in the car. I could’ve had better service at a high school car wash raising money for their band, than I got here and it wouldn’t have cost me $30 + tip.HIGHLY disappointed in what I thought would be outstanding customer service based on word of mouth. I’ll do it myself next time and will do a much better job!

This place puts the others to shame. They dont rush it to get you through. They do it right. Becca insures your satisfaction.

When we first pulled up the place looks very clean and organized. The lady unfortunately I dont have her name talk to us about what kind of car wash we wanted and she was more than informational. All the employees there were super nice and they all had smiles. As far as my car they listened exactly to what I wanted and thats what I got. So for this I say a huge thank you!

First time here. Never been to any other location. These guys do an awesome job. I just did a basic interior/exterior clean of my car.....and my car was definitely in need of cleaning. The guys made my car pretty again inside and out. For a low end clean...these guys took their time and did great. No, its not perfect...still got some bug remnants on the front and the interior isnt spotless....but I wasnt expecting that for a 20$ wash. But I am still happy with the results. It is still 10x better than what it was before. My car is beyond perfect condition....so tiny details dont bother me. I can only imagine what a full detail would look like afterwards. I will be back for sure.**For those complaining about bugs still being on the car after a wash.....That stuff isnt easy to get off. I used to work at a car wash years ago...even with bug treatment....sometimes it wont come off 100%....especially if its been on there for a good while. Give these guys a break. Cleaning cars all day is no easy task.

Went here for my first time. My car was basically clean just needed a wash and the interior wiped down and vaccumed. My trunk wasn’t touched at all and the interior was poorly wiped down. Kind of a bad deal for the money. I should have known when my detail was done in five minutes.

Went to white horse to get mine dirty car cleaned and I mean it was dirty.I will never go again. Never touched the inside Windows, one side of my car the rims were cleaned and the other side were not touched, never took up the mats to vacuum under them and my car has water spots all over it. Should’ve saved my $35 dollars and did it myself. Not the first this has happened and I stayed away for months but decided to give them another try but again was very disappointed.

I received the Superfecta with a ceramic clear coating a 45 dollar service and I was not pleased with my the services today. I received the same services about a month ago and was highly pleased with the way the outside of my car and Windows looked. But today the wheels were half done with visible dirt showing on the rims. The windows looked terrible I could still see bug splatter and finger prints all over them. The outside of my car had water spots and definitely did not appear as if it had been wiped down. Door Jams still had dirt which was supposed to be cleaned as part of the service. The car just did not give off the same luster as it did from my practice visit. With the price paid I’m highly disappointed I should have just got the basic package the equivalent of the service I received could have saved money. Also my car was done in less than 10mins. I waited to pull up longer than that. My previous visit definitely was done with more care and effort.

Line moves fairly quickly, staff is always friendly. 99% of the employees do an excellent job, there are 1 or 2 people that dont put that extra effort in but still do a decent job. I do have my favorites though that I know will leave my ride shining every time! I have the monthly plan and have had it for over a year. I live on a gravel road so Im there all the time!!! And plan on staying a customer for a long time!

In normally there is a woman taking the money and usually she helps run the initial pressure wash of the vehicle. This girl is a beast and worth her weight in gold. Today there was a gentleman with his pretty hair and mirrored sunglasses that isnt worth a ****. He could care less of whats going on. He didnt spray the drivers side of my truck (he had ahold of the sprayer) just standing there while the other guy did the pasenger side. This dude was just walking around like he straight up does not care. I would take his red shirt and make him shine tires for a few months or straight get rid of the dead weight! Again the girl that is normally recieving the money is worth hers and this other fellas pay. Pay the girl, get rid of pretty boy!

I wish I could give 0 stars. My came off the track and the car behind me was pushed into me.They tried to say I messed with the steering wheel or pushed the brake.I said no. I dont touch anythingSo they sent me through again and the manager walked beside the car, I had my feet in the seat and put my hands on my window so he could SEE that I didnt touch and it happened again.All they could say is thats weird its never happened before. No compensation or any apologies. Never using again!

Took my truck there this morning. The front of my truck was a dirty and had bugs on it from a week of commuting...after I Paid $28 for the wash and ceramic coating my truck looked the same in front. The grill, the bumper the windshield all looked the same. Bugs and dirt. What a waste of money and time. I had to wash my truck all over again.

Just make sure you tell them if they miss something. The degree of attention to detail really depends on who’s working. They miss things on my car sometimes especially on the front end. Glass can sometimes get smeared due to dirty clothes, but overall, the value is there for keeping a clean car.

The GM and staff are professional and very considerate and will go above and beyond to assist you and get your vehicle cleaned to your expectation. I’ve been to other places in Culpeper and Fredericksburg and this is the best, hands down!!!

Paid $60 for the “meticulous service”. I understand that they were busy today but, the service was unacceptable. It’s bad when you come home and you have to re-vacuum and wipe everything off. One of the gentleman said he worked “20 Mins” trying to wipe off my back seat and couldn’t get it all off. When in fact he was on the phone the majority of the time. But, when I came home and sprayed water on it. It came right off. I will only be going here for the outside wash and no longer pay for any inside work

I am a monthly member .I was in there Saturday afternoon and there was 2 cars in front of me when I entered the line . It took one hour and half to complete my wash . Management is not very good . If they are going to stay open they have got to change they way they do business. I will be going to Warrenton .I can drive there eat dinner and drive back in that amount of time. Most of there employees walk around and talk and are constantly checking their cell phones. Customers are not their priority

Paid $58 for an interior detail. Absolutely horrible. Barely vacuumed, you can see how the wipe marks dont even cover the dash, and they didnt even bother to clean the door jams or cup holders like asked. Dont waste your money!

I have been there 3 times paying $60.00 twice they just can not get my car clean dont know why but paying $60.00 you shouldnt see crumbs The last time I was there the manager told the guys to do a great job on my car when they finished with it another guy had to redo the dashboard they completely forgot to do it whole dashboard they didnt do. That was my last time .

I had my mothers car fully detailed here and my parents were quite impressed. My parents are aging and I didnt want them to have to try and do their car so I bought them the full detail package. My father even said the seats werent that clean when they bought it. They were so impressed that they got on the monthly wash plan so they can go and have it cleaned anytime they want now. Another satisfied customer that will be returning.

This is now my second time going through Whitehorse and asking for the $18 service. The first time it was very poor quality. I wanted to give it a second chance and was once again letdown. The people responsible for drying the vehicle do a very careless job. My car was still extremely dirty on the front with bugs still caked all over the bumper. Not worth $18 at all. Really expected more from such a nice looking place.

Made an appointment for the $99 interior detailing for a compact SUV. I told them about the appt and they did a full package anyways. I paid $140 for them to just vacuum and wipe the inside down. There was no stain removal, at all. Not worth $140 at all

When I went the other day to get my car detailed as I have many times before within the last 2 1/2years I’ve never experienced and dissatisfaction AT ALL however my most recent visit I witness very ill treatment of one of their very sweet woman employees who has been working there since they first time I started taking my car here not sure exactly if it was the manager or not but there was a young man there who was treating her very disrespectfully and after that I don’t feel comfortable using there services I remember at one point and time under previous management I never saw issues like this but now it seems to be ran by a very young uneducated manager and I witnessed a lot of sexist narcissistic behavior and I won’t be coming back to this establishment.

This place runs like a well-oiled machine! They do a great job for the price. Customer service is always on point! I’ve seen some of the negative reviews and honestly sounds like people are expecting a $300 job done for $58 Seriously??? Took my husbands car in - he has a working bloodhound that he transports in that car. I was VERY pleased and my husband was shocked at how well they did, especially when I told him how much I paid. Took my van in yesterday just for a quick outside clean, and again, he was impressed with the service. Just told me he’s taking his car back for outside service (it’s 20 minutes out of his way, so that’s a big deal!) Keep doing what you’re doing!
