It seems that the location really improved since Chrystie Johnsons review from a year ago! I wanted to share how much I appreciate the care you gave us today, the night before our vacation. We reserved an SUV in June for our trip, because a sedan fills up super quickly with a toddler. I was looking forward to picking up our vehicle, especially when I received a reminder email the day prior indicating it would be a Nissan Pathfinder or similar. Today, we drove to your location to pick up our vehicle. After driving down an alley I wouldnt want to be alone in after dark, we found your office at the Koons dealership. The nice gentleman inside seemed surprised that I was there to pick up a vehicle from Hertz because the office had been closed for some time and wouldnt reopen until September. He was kind enough to give me the phone number to your customer service, where I spoke with two representatives. After looking up my reservation and confirming the date/time of pickup, I told her Im here at the location. Her scripted apology really eased the stress of you all royally screwing me, after all how could I blame you for not informing me that the location would be closed the day I would pick up my vehicle after booking in June? Another location 13 miles away did have the vehicle we wanted, but at nearly $350 more than my original reservation. At that moment I felt yes, this is getting even better with the screwing. She recommended we call the location directly to ask about the rate. Great advice, because Im glad I didnt drive all the way to Fredericksburg to find out they didnt have anything bigger than a Corolla available after speaking to the helpful man at that location. Thanks to your genuine lack of customer care, we have no vehicle from you nor were we able to secure the vehicle we needed with any other company. Even though they couldnt get a vehicle for us, Enterprise was still 100% more helpful than any of you could ever be. Thank you so much for starting our vacation off this way, because who doesnt love having their simple expectations totally screwed.
Went in to rent a vehicle because my car had been in an accident. The manager Nicole is super sweet and helped me get my rental and back on the road in no time at all. The car was very clean and met my needs perfectly.
Called a month ahead to reserve the car I wanted. They promised but didnt deliver. Wont use this business again.
Apparently as of 8/18/2020 they are temporarily closed per the main Hertz 800 number.
We booked a 7 passenger van in advance, get there, and they have no idea. They dont even know when they can get one. Do not trust them, how can you plan a trip around that?
