I came in today for a walk in to get my undercut cleaned up and was taken care of by Erica. She did a great job, put in more care and attention to my cut and line then Ive ever had in a walk in salon. Im visiting from out of town but when Im in the area again I would be very comfortable going back.

I went in for a SIMPLE haircut. And the so called “manager” Anneka literally messed my hair up ! I have never seen such. Uneven length and the layers were just so choppy. And she didn’t even care to fix it she had an attitude. She rather have sent me to the other stylist to fix all of HER mistakes. I have so much to say but I’m trying to keep it together. Big THANKS to Erica she tried her best to fix everything. 5 starts for Erica . 0 stars for Anneka who claims she’s a manager. How can you be a manager but can’t do a simple cut!? So upset.

Great place to go for a haircut, my stylist was Erica Williams and she is phenomenal. I would give 5 stars but the receptionist is very unprofessional & rude over the phone. Do better!!!!

Great place. Had a great haircut today. Very patient and friendly staff.

The haircut was acceptable, if somewhat messy. A request for a rounded back got a hairline that was slanted ruler straight. The top was fine. The request to take 1/2 off the beard and neaten it up somehow resulted in the beard being nearly shaved off (4 to 1/4) and the style completely changed.The location is newer, and well run, but the quality of the cuts seems to be lacking. In my case, it will likely be a month or more until my normal look is restored.

This place is great. The stylists always listen and do an amazing job!

Probably wont go back here anymore. It USED TO BE great. Friendly service, good haircut, and the bonus was they could look you up and tell you exactly what you had before. This last time...well, none of that happened. :-(

Love the stylist, but the pricing is questionable. You really dont know what your going to be paying until you are done and at the register so dont go by whats on the listed by the front desk. 😳

I will never go back or recommend. I wish I could give this place a Zero. Very expensive and poor service. The lady that attended me (Haircolor $50) Left me looking like a wet Dog. My hairline was a mess with dark brown haircolor, look like I was wearing a cap. She didnt bother to clean it up. Then charged me an additional $17 for a laosy quicky trim. She did not mention this extra cost, during my visit. Very unprofessional. No wonder its empty. Terrible service. Not worth your money. Go elsewhere!

Never have enough people to cut hair, and its always a ridiculous wait! Ive been there 10 minutes after they open and been told Im gonna have to wait 40 minutes. Ive also gotten multiple terrible haircuts. Never coming back here again.
