I have a 2001 F350 7.3 and I travel all over for work. I’ve been to many “mechanic” shops from eastern PA to western Ohio, down to south Florida to replace things here and there and rebuild a couple of things. All of which don’t come near the quality, nor hospitality as the family at Ray’s has. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely go back to them for later projects if I’m in the area. Hands down, a solid 10/10 service!!

After spending $11k with them to get my transmission right youd think it would be perfect. Trans broke after 10k miles and was out of their warranty (1 year) so I was charged $1050 to replace a cast oem 2nd gear apply lever that I was told was billet when installed. Get my truck home and the underside is covered in transmission fluid because the lines were leaking. Tightened the clamps and cleaned up their mess myself.10 months and 1200 miles later the transmission is broken again...I wouldnt recommend them for transmission repairs. Not sure about other repairs as Ive only used their services for my transmission

I was traveling through with my camper when my truck went into limp mode. They were understanding and had a technician look at my truck even though they were very busy. They fixed my truck and I was able to continue my trip. Everyone from the front desk to the skilled technician was very friendly, communicated what was needed, and provided pricing prior to the repair. I couldnt be happier with the service.

Brought my 6.0 Excursion in to get a second opinion and am I glad I did. Other “diesel” shop wanted over $4k to do a single injector, fluids and a stuck e-brake. These guys cut that in half, did a full bank of injectors, cleaned the turbo and fixed the e-brake free of charge. Glad I found this shop, these guys know what they are doing with the 6.0, can’t wait to bulletproof it next year.

Battery light was not on prior to going there. While inspecting tech did something under my hood. Heard hood closing. Said suspension was bad after Rice tire fix it. Rice to verify. Breaks just replaced with no mention of rotar need by break mechanic. They say new rotars needed. Took too long to inspect. Do not know what was done to myvehicle while in their custody. Also bought the car in 2016. The battery I left with had a date of manufacture on it of 9/17 and i had never replaced the battery. They switched it out!Going to Rice tires to get this all straight

Unless you have tons of money and even more time stay clear. Theyll quote a reasonable time line and then drag you out for weeks until you start calling them twice a day and they get tired of hearing from you.

Good service. Slightly overpriced but good quality work. They know their diesel engines inside out. Transmissions too.

A couple weeks ago, we heard a clicking noise when we accelerated our 97 VW Eurovan camper. We stopped by Rays, asking them if it was safe to drive. They immediately put it up on the rack, noticed a questionable fluid leak, showed concern about the clicking. Rattled by car problems, our advisor suggested we get it towed back home and that we get a rental. We followed his advice and didnt miss a big family event nearby. No charge, just Rays caring manner. We really appreciated their help!!!!
