Definitely recommend these folks. They were super helpful and went out of their way to try and solve my issues. Great group of hard working people out there.
Absolutely amazing place to go! Need a new water pump and got new speakers. My Tahoe now runs and sounds amazing! First I was given one price and then I was called back almost immediately with an even better price! Awesome, nice, respectful people!!!
Amazing customer service!! Ace always has me in and out of the shop in no time! Always helpful! Never tries to make a quick buck of anyone, like some shops. Honest, caring and professional business! They will always be my first call!
I recently had my transmission go out in my car. The Chevy dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Ace at Premier Automotive and Customs gave me a great deal on a used transmission, and installed it to where my car drives like the day I bought it! Thank you Ace and Premier Automotive and Customs for getting me back on the road!
Good service from great guys at competitive rates. I needed four injectors changed--other places wouldnt let me bring my own and charged absurd rates. $220 for labor + $150 for the injectors online vs. $800 quoted from NTB. Its not even a competition.
I would like to start out by saying that this shop is by far the best I have ever used. I have had oil changes, tire rotations, and several other things including all new motor mounts/transmission mount within the past 10 days and I can NOT believe what a difference it made. This shop is VERY REASONABLE and TRUSTWORTHY. The shop is locally owned and operated by a GREAT FAMILY who are also residents of Culpeper. Always try to HELP and SUPPORT your LOCALLY OWNED SMALL BUSINESSS. I can assure you that this shop is the real deal and VERY RELIABLE, REASONABLY PRICED, and has always been a trustworthy man. I really dont know what else I can say, but I can assure you that you will not be disappointed by going here for your Auto and Accessories needs. I always deal with Ace and he has always done me right. THANKS PREMIER AUTO & ACCESSORIES for what you have done for me and my wife.
This family owned shop is a great place to take your vehicle. I brought my car in for an estimate on getting my brakes changed and as the price was so great I was able to get them to change them right then! He had me come look at the brakes to see the need for the new ones as well. Much appreciated!
Ace and Kenny are awesome. Quality work you can trust.
The first time I stopped in at Premier,I was a single mother not confident about repairs that my fairly new vehicle needed, after having Ace and Kenny look and recommend what my vehicle really needed I was very pleased that it was not at all what another mechanic had recommend.Right away I felt a sense of honesty and decency. They are very professional and knowledgeable and I have the utmost trust in everyone there.Mary seems to have the business side of the company taken care of and does awesome job very pleasant and professional as well.Just stopped in yesterday with an issue that would have cost $200.00 at the place I had just left from as well as what dealership,in which I purchased brand new vehicle from tried to charge even more.I am very happy with Premier will not go to anyone else I trust and admire their honestly. Now Im married and my husband goes there too.
Quality service, personable employees, great prices. Had rotors and brakes replaced as well as the calipers painted. Best local shop around.
Always nice, fixed my serpentine belt. I was in and out
Great people, great service, eager to help

Great Service, Family owned and operated, very reasonable prices, the best mechanics in Culpeper
I hired this shop to put a re-manufactured engine and new gears in my jeep. After about a month I got it back only to discover the transmission was now leaking a significant amount of fluid. I took it back and had to pay to get it fixed, as they said it could not have possibly been anything they did. When the engine was out, they had pulled the torque converter out of the transmission to get some information off of it and per Ace, had a very difficult time getting it back in correctly. After a couple more weeks I get it back only to discover it still leaking. I brought it back again, took them about a week to fix the leak. Once I finally started driving it, I found the engine has a small oil leak..not much but it shouldnt have one. Only 2 of 3 retaining bolts were put back in the power steering pump, only 2 of 4 screws were in holding the fan shroud and I also found the exhaust manifold had not been torqued causing an exhaust leak and the gasket to deteriorate. I started noticing a vibration in the drive line and eventually brought the jeep to the dealership where they discovered the rear pinion gear was loose and the bearing was destroyed, this would be due to the incorrect torque used when the jeep was re-geared.
Never go to this shop again.
