This is the only place I take my dog for grooming and all my other needs. The grooming staff is just exceptional in both their work and kind attitudes. Every worker I’ve ever interacted with is beyond helpful and kind. Great place.

Love this place I’m in and out at least once a week especially the people who are in fish. However one guy (long black hair glasses and facial hair) did nothing but flirt with me (I’m 13.) he undercharged me so when I returned my dead fish I had to pay again since he put in the wrong fish and all he did was talk to me when I just wanted to get my stuff and leave the manager and another employee what happened and hey automatically knew who I was talking about without giving description if that says anything. So what I’m saying is everything but him is amazing love this place ❤️

Didnt bring rabies paperwork because we never had to have one at Pet Depot. Dog tag worked. When we brought the paperwork back 30 minutes later they were unaccomadating and and couldnt fit him in for another 2 to 3 weeks. We have never been turned away like this from another groomer in Cullman. Its what we get for not going to the local store and instead going to a big box store. Go to Pet Depot in Cullman!

I take my dog here to get her nails clipped and they are really good with her. And I get my cat litter from here they are always in stock and are always so nice.

Every time we go in here Parker is rude and mean and demeaning. He literally talked about us while we were Walking away. And this isnt the first time. Please do something about this guy! We usually dont go to PetSmart because of this guy but we had to today and it was a terrible experience.

We always get our geckos crickets and mealworms here. Best place for live feeders for reptiles.

It states pretty obviously on their website that they do cat grooming. However, when I called the store for confirmation, the lady who picked up said they dont groom cats and just hung up with me. Talk about rude customer service, and really bad following of guidelines.

Always finding something for my bird

Long story short, our shih tzu went in for a cut. The employee grooming her got sick halfway through the process and had to go home. No one else finished, they just sent her home mangled and hairy from the clippers. Im not personally mad at the employee, we just feel the situation couldve been handled differently. Happy Tails fixed our Sadie up 👍

The store is great. The haircut my dog was not so great. Plus, she wouldnt make eye contact for like two days after because she was super salty about the whole thing. Lot of selection in there to find stuff you like that you then should purchase on Amazon or chewy because I feel like their prices are high.

First manager (Sunday) did a terrible job. Didnt give any new information on product I was asking about Box had been opened but nobody checked to see if all was there...it wasnt - no instructions and a dead battery.Monday manager was VERY helpful and WONDERFUL! The Monday visit made my rating the 5 star.Product (invisible dog fence) is exactly what I was shopping for and works great.

Had my dog groomed Monday. They were wonderful with him. He was clean and looked great. Very pleased.

Great customer service. You can tell they truly care about the clientele, both human and animal. If one worker cannot answer a question you might have, you will be directed to someone who can help. Because they all are such animal lovers, they almost always have personal experience that can guide you through your decisions.

Large variety of fish, fish items, cat items, and dog items. Little disappointed there were so few small animals. Healthiest guinea pigs Ive ever seen in a pet store. Eyes were bright and hair was a shiny healthy clean. Staff were helpful and hard working.

They always have a good selection of pet food. I just wish these large chain stores would offer more TRULY organic foods and other sustainable products and alternatives to the traditional mainstream foods that health conscious pet owners dont like to feed their pets.

I usually have a good experience here, however, this previous time the employee helping me was not very eager to help me and did not seem very interested in his job. When I asked which dental item would be best for my specific breed and size of dog he replies theyre all the same. Which to me, that says alot about how much he cares about my pet.

Lots of stuff to choose from. Lots of staff that are not really willing to help out, and not very friendly. Pet toys, leashes and harnesses were very expensive. I asked for help with dog food. The guy that came to help me was no help what so ever. So I made the best guess I could at what I may need for my new dog.

Love how friendly the employees are. Very helpful in answering questions you have. Visit about 2-3 times a month for dog treats and fish stuff. Highly recommend.

Usually, Im very pleased with Pet Smart, but they refused to let me swap out a Kong dog leash my husband bought there around the beginning of January. I couldnt find the receipt and the leash jammed and wouldnt go in and out like it should. I couldnt afford to buy another one, so me and my baby girl loaded up and went back home, no park play.😭😤. I didnt leave with a warm fuzzy feeling, nor did I feel they really cared. They definitely need a restructure to their return policy.

Super sweet and helpful staff. We bought our daughter a Corgi after she was released from the hospital and this was our first outing. The staff wasnt aware but still showered our daughter and puppy with attention and kindness. Wonderful place to shop!

Folks are always friendly and helpful, have just about everything you want or need for your pet, no matter what you have.

I go a few times a month,but some of the products are expensive and I can do much better elsewhere.I was disappointed when I came to a training class and they would not allow me to do my lesson with a choke collar.I have a Very active Blue Healer and my only way of controlling her was with a choke. I have severe arthritis in my hands and I felt he was belittling me for using the choke.I cancelled my prepaid concurrent classes for future lessons and ask for my refund.The refund was never a problem. I guess he was ready to see her go!!! Not really, just a JOKE

I called while I was at a different pet store to ask if they had a product. They told me they did, so I left the other store to drive there only to find out he was busy and didnt really have time to look when he told me he had the product.
