So I brought my laptop to this guy to fix because my da self drove off and forgot it was on the roof…… he fixed it and all is great until 4 months down the road. I never dropped it or anything close to it. And since he had fixed I’ve only used it a handful of times. Well the screen goes out as I’m writing an email. I take it back and was told two different things on the warranties. They told me my BRAND NEW SCREEN would need to be replaced. Ok so I go back up to pick it up and now nothing is working. No charge, no coming on, nothing. I would just do your business elsewhere!

I brought my PC here for assembly. They were nice, polite, and overall good people. They had my PC done in a timely matter and it works perfectly. 10/10 would recommend

Came home late at night and found my laptop screen had been cracked, so I messaged them on Facebook to see what their price estimate would be for a replacement. Not only did they respond the same night, but the next day they had the exact screen size already in stock (and it was used, so they discounted the price). I got my laptop repaired in an hour and the new screen looks even better than the original!

I came in here with some issues with my computer and the people here had my issue solved before I even finished running my first errand for the day. I came in to the store about an hour later and received some wonderful customer service. He explained my problem to me very clearly and left me with no questions to ask that he hadnt already answered. Im genuinely impressed with the quality and efficiency work here. The people here clearly have a passion for the work they do. That much is showed through their work ethic and their customer service.

I would highly recommend these guys! I had a fan issue with a laptop used for my small business and dropped it off here only to get a call an hour or so later to let me know it was a simple fix and I could pick it back up. Great service and I will be back for any computer repair needs in the future!

Update: 6-16-17 Vinemont location: When i called the owner and explained the awful experience, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only correct the problem and put my computer back in working order but also replaced my software at his expense when it was determined the license key was damaged and Dell couldnt re-load it. Im very pleased with the customer service and will be using them again. Thanks Mr. Brian.6-14-17 Cullman lication charged me $89 to FIX my laptop by wiping my hard drive. They returned it to me with it not useable to me telling me i would have to purchase Microsoft Office Suite. They did reinstall windows but refused to reinstall my Microsoft Office suite which came pre loaded on my laptop from Dell. All they had to do was call Dell and give the numbers off the bottom of my laptop to get the code to upload it free. Im not computer savvy so I had to take my laptop somewhere else and have that done.
