Took my husbands truck they did a good job. Could have been better but we did get a discount due to not enough time for them to do as well as they would have liked. Overall happy with it. Will give it another try at a later date. Friendly service.

Very spiritual place

I was told there were two vehicles in front of me and I would be contacted after they finished them up and got them delivered well two weeks went by, so I contacted them and then it turned into 12 vehicles in front me. I went to Macks body shop in Hartselle and was gotten to the next day and got my car back within 2 days. Macks did a really great job and I will use them if ever needed again.

I called about a quote on a windshield replacement and the guy i spoke with literally acted rude from the get go then just hung up on me. LOL ill never attempt to use them again & will be telling anyone and everyone about this. Wish i could give -5 stars.

Tony does a great job. He repaired my 02 Mustang replacing the driver door and fender and Ive got to say it looks brand new. My only complaint is they dont do a very good job communicating when things take longer than expected.

Took my car in to get detailed on a tight time schedule, Tony was very professional and his employees took care of my vehicle doing a 5 star job on the inside and out. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone in or out of the area.
