We had the best time in Culebrita Cay thanks to H2O. Captain Amaro and his staff were fantastic. Very easy to schedule and when they dropped us off they gave points of interest and things to do for the day.Customer service was fantastic and made for a great experience. My hard to impress teenager said that it was the best day of our vacation.

This was the most amazing experience. Captain German was amazing! The boat ride was super fun! Culebrita was full of turtles, rays, and lots of amazing fish to look at. The water was crystal clear. H20 provided chairs, snorkel gear, and umbrellas. The captain gave us a ton of useful information! Take snacks and water!!!!!

Customer loyalty is obtained by keeping word and following through it. Recently we experienced this company is not to be trusted. We had aligned on the party count as well as total cost. We just were waiting on a final call further near (as the company stated) our date to make payment. They communicated with us today to confirm interest (odd since we had already) however it was quickly followed by a sudden change in total cost as if the cost wasn’t already agreed on initially, when it was. Long story short, upon questioning, they stated the cost increased due to covid (as if covid just happened a week ago) and further stated that we needed to take a decision ASAP as they had others interested. Bingo! That was it probably, larger group better income so they were finding an easy way out? Not sure. I recommend this company to really learn customer service and keep on agreements. That will definitely make them clients like us to return in the future, even if it meant a bit less income in a given day. Loyalty goes a long way!

We had a great time and everything was so easy to book. The boat ride was a little rough because of the waves but the captain is so cool and played music the entire trip so we enjoyed the ride. It’s worth it to go to culebrita island for only 50 usd per person.

Excellent service. Quick and very safe boat ride to the paradise island of Culebrita. Quick response to questions while booking and easy to find.The Captain was helpful, cheerful and even played some good music during the boat ride. New boat with 2-300hp engines. Safe and stable. Never a concern during this boat ride. We had such a great time on a Saturday that we booked again the next day and had an even better time hiking to the historic lighthouse of culebrita, while enjoying amazing snorkling. We will definitely go on this trip again every time we visit Culebra. Truly recommend it!!!

Very good vibes all, a will of gold the captain and the companion. They had many more things than one would expect, sunshade, chairs, paddle board with classes hahaha that was just bacanes who are surprisingly friendly.

At the same time that I applaud and recommend the good I do with experiences so that others can know them and not go through what we have been through. In this case, myself and three other people, we set aside some spaces to go to Chichi’s Island (Culebra) for 50 each several days ago. Today, H2O Water Taxi calls us changing the rate to 60 each when that had already been agreed as well indicated. I feel cheated and frustrated. If you want this and any other review, because I will make sure that it disappears on all its pages, communicate and honor what has already been previously agreed.
