I got a referral to Be Cool Window Tinting, from my sales rep that sold me my car, I called him and he was so accommodating and had me come right over, tinted the two front windows on my brand new 2020 Ford Escape to match the back windows. They look perfect! I couldn’t ask for a better job and better customer service!! This is the place to have your windows tinted, and he will even come to you, which is very convenient.

Very professional, fast and accommodating. I called on Friday (4/9/21) and was able to get in on Monday(4/12/21). The morning of my appointment I had to take my child to the ER. I called Bobby and he was very understanding and told me to just give him a call. I was able to drop my car off after my original appointment time and he still had it completed within 2 hours. The tint looks great.

I live in Green Bay but I couldnt get an appointment right away at the place we usually take our vehicles to, so today I took a ride to Milwaukee to try and get them done there. And Im so happy that I did. Because I called Bobby at 2:00 and he was able to tint my windows at 4:00. I highly recommend him because he does an excellent job in a timely manner. Bobby does a fantastic job. Very fast with communication via message through the website but also readily available via phone. He was able to schedule me within a day of my call to do all the windows of my 16 Jeep Cherokee Sport with windshield strip. I dropped the truck off with him and walked the 1/4 mile to my house (around 3:00 P.M. 48 degrees). He called back 2 hours later wanting to know where I lived to come get me because he remembered I was walking and it had gotten much colder (30 degrees). The windows look amazing, the service is great, and the cost is super affordable. I know if I need anything tinted in the future Im going straight back to him.

The owner mr Dickey really impressed me. He offers a mobile tint service which blew my mind and is so convenient. As far as customer service goes, it’s tough to beat BE COOL tinting. I made an appointment the day before and he was able to accommodate me into his already busy schedule, which made me feel important. He will go above and beyond to make sure he explains the scope of the work and the time frame. Tough to find work this good, an owner this honest and an experience so seamless. I called Bobby last minute to have my windows tinted, on a Friday and kinda put him on the spot. One Cause of my short window time frame of wanting it done. And two I didn’t have anyone to drop me off. This Never even phased him. Didn’t even flinch or hesitate. He told me what he could do and what he offered. I Showed up to his garage.
