If I could give no stars I would. I would first like to say they do not care about their employees, but it hasnt always been like this. My father has worked for the company for 24 years now and when he started it was a great company to work for. As the years have gone by it has slowly become a terrible place to work for. They like to have an image that they care about their employees, but the value stream managers are as two faced as they come. I told my manager in confidentiality that I would be putting my two weeks in on Friday out of respect for my department(which is where I went wrong) the next day I was fired. Not only did they try to dig up whatever they could to terminate me, but the things they fired me for happen on a daily basis with alot of their employees yet these individuals still have a job, Coincidence I think not.

I work here people here are awesome the befits are awesome pay is good love this job this company cares about its employees
