Ive been with MATA MMA for 2 years now training and it is a great self defense/fitness/martial arts Studio!, Great Coaches very humble and knowledgeable. My nephews started out with MATA MMA in 2015 and in seeing them training it sparked up an interest for me. Great techniques, sparring, Jiu Jitsu and workouts/training,. MATA MMA studio teaches kids, teenagers and adults great discipline, respect, courage, knowledge and self defense..Coach Rocky MATA is a tough but kind hearted coach who only wants the best for his students! I highly recommend this place. 😊👏
