Cudahy PC was referred to me. I had never met Sammy, the owner. Sammy is now a friend of ours. He worked, researched and worked some more to correct the problem on my wife’s computer, which he did. Very patient, easy going, concerned and caring. He explained every thing to my wife in simple terms. Sammy does the research to get the job done and never gives up. Never once did he talk down to my wife. He is the best. I’ve had other computer techs who were good at their job but were complete arrogant jerks. Not so with Sammy. My 15 year old MAC died :(I brought my MAC to Cudahy PC not knowing the out come of my dead not working computer. Needless to say they rocked it going over options for my MAC to bring it back to life. 2 days later I had my MAC back home and working better than ever. Highly recommended 👍. I VERY rarely endorse businesss but have absolutely no qualms about endorsing Cudahy PC. Over the last year and a half Ive been in to talk to Sammy (owner) about problems Ive had.The first was with a laptop that most places probably would have said could be repaired and charged about $50 to tell me that. Not Sammy though. He showed me exactly why, even though it could have been repaired, it would have broken again in no time. He told me not to waste the money on it and didnt charge me to tell me that.Several times since then Ive gone to Cudahy PC for other problems with my home computer. Again, Sammy could have done things that would have cost me money but instead advised me not to spend the money and the right way to handle it.With my home computer on its last legs I was able to purchase a laptop fromCudahy PC for a very reasonable price. Its been a lifesaver. In fact this is what Im working on right now.I could go on with this but to try and sum this up in 1 word, I would have to say HONESTY. I had just moved to the area and the fan on my computer needed fixing. I took it in on Friday and by Monday morning it was fixed. The work was what I asked for. When I requested more in depth work to be done it was taken care of no problem. My laptop has never worked this well. And I love the updated software. Took in my older model laptop that was not working...black screen horror. I wanted to check if it was fixable...the owner was great, explained the possible reasons for the breakdown.Three days later, I picked it up and it works like new! You get information quickly about the problem youre having and how it can be resolved. When I asked about purchasing a product, I was told not to spend money unnecessarily. It seems that anyone who walks through the door is a person who has devloped a friendship from previous work.

Wow this guy is Amazing!! If you have a problem he can work with you. He is also very honest. (A few years ago I took my computer in to another shop about one block away, across from the library. He erased things I told him not to and totally rearranged my computer w/o my permission. I hated the new improved setup.)My computer crashed two weeks ago and Cudahy PC tried to bring it back up and retrieve the data but it was lost. They even encouraged me to take it to Best Buy to see if they could get the data out but they couldnt either. So that proved CPC was being totally honest about the computer being dead. Cudahy PC then sold me a nice refurbished computer at a decent price. Took it home and it couldnt connect it to my laser printer (plugs incompatible) so they ordered an adapter for me, I brought in my computer and printer and they installed everything, updated the drivers and made sure it was all running right, and only charged me the cost of the $10 adapter. They didnt even try to talk me into buying a new printer from them. They also answered questions and tweaked the computer in ways I couldnt figure out by myself. They spent alot of extra time helpong me at no charge and even carried my components out to the car for me. I would now not go to any place else!!

My 8yr old computer crashed, I took it in and they said it was the hard drive so they ordered a new one. While installing the HD they realized the computer was totalled including the motherboard. I came in to Cudahy PC with a Windows installation problem and found out it was actually a hardware issue causing it. Thanks to Sammy, the owner, who determined what was going on with my computer. He is very straightforward, honest and knowledgable when it comes to computers. He offered me multiple solutions for the problem I was facing and every step of the way while my pc was under his care, he text me updates as he was working on it.
