Great company to work with and helped take some of the stress out of a very stressful situation! I had a major house fire, and they answered the phone at midnight and were out quickly to do a board up and tarp the roof. Very professional and quick to respond to any question or issue I had dealing with insurance. They helped a bad situation run as smoothly as possible. Communication is great. Every person I’ve had contact with has been friendly and helpful from the guys helping clean up the destroyed content in the house, to the company owner and everyone in between! The two techs that came to my house this morning to demo my bathroom were absolutely wonderful! They really did a nice job ripping out everything to get it ready for the remodel crew. They were very concerned about making sure I was happy every step of the way and made sure the jobsite was clean when they were done. Both did a great job! My mother and I really appreciate the great, reliable, responsive and professional work by ERS. Their team responded right away on a weekend till the pond of water caused by a big clogging in her basement and underground drain was fixed. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to ERS for the great work and support they provided us when we experienced a flood. What started as a typical rain, turned into something that the sewer system could not handle and in turn flooded our basement – this was at 1:30 am on a Sunday.Our basement is our prime living space and within moments of noticing we had a problem, the water spread into every nook and cranny – it was past my ankles - we were devastated. Immediately we made several calls to drain cleaners and other contractors who we worked with before. Although, our calls were answered by an operator and a technician would call me back - no one did.As the water spread across the basement, we started to make random calls – we needed help and got connected with ERS. Just as the operator promised, Levy called us back within 15 minutes and a Team, led by Perci, was on scene in no time.What so impressed me about the ERS team was they followed through and got to my house quickly. Anytime I called or emailed Josh or Levy, they responded promptly, provided the information I was looking for and we’re always kind and genuinely interested in how we were doing.I don’t wish our experience with a flood on anyone and never want to experience a flood or any other type of event again. However, I know that if I or anyone I know requires any type of restoration/recovery, the ERS Team will be the first call. When our sewer backed up into our crawl space ERS responded quickly and efficiently. Very pleased by the fast service. We had to call in the middle of the night when a vehicle crashed through our office window. They came and boarded up the window preventing theft and further damage. Really saved us.

I had just purchased a home and noticed some potential mold in the basement so I had ERS come take a look to see what was going on. They were able to come out the next day and sent me a response right after they were completed with what they saw. I spoke with Levi on the phone a few times and he was very helpful in telling me what had happened and what needed to be done to fix the problem as well as prevent it from reoccurring. ERS had a team come out very quickly and cleaned up the issue. Would highly recommend.

I had water damage on a wall by the sump pump. I called ERS and they were absolutely great! The initial treated area was small and I couldnt fix the root issue right away (I didnt even know at that time). But I had a sick baby and so I wanted to get it done. They came in and worked on it and didnt charge me. When I replaced the pump and resolved the root issue months later, I had them back because I knew I could trust their work. They came in, worked and were out and had the house cleared out before my baby came back home for the day. Absolutely would recommend them for their work and their kindness.

I reached out to them when there was water damage in my bathrooms. They were very quick to respond, answered the phone every time I called, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and got everything done within the timeframe they told me they would, which was amazing since my kids and I had to stay in a hotel while this was being done. I chose ERS to repair the damage to our home after a large tree fell damaging the overhang of our house last Aug. I cannot say enough good things about the work they did to restore my home to the way it was prior to the damage...they did an outstanding job!!! MORE IMPORTANT in my opinion was ERSs extensive experience in working with insurance companiesTalking Emus, a Quirky lady in white. A clever professor, quarterbacks, celebs ... you get the picture..are nowhere to be found when you make a claim.. In fact the insurance companies adjustors are working for the insurance companies.. NOT YOU the policy holder. If it were not for ERS knowing what my rights as a insurance policy holder and how to deal with an adversary vs an insurance company seeking my best interest as its client I would have 1. not had my home repaired properly & 2. paid out $20,000 out of my own pocket., I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with ERS... We had a very terrible frozen pipe water leakage problem on the New Year’s Day. Thankfully they were able to come to our house very quickly and set up their equipment (10+ industrial blowers and 2 giant dehumidifiers) help remove the water. They are very professional, they had more equipment in their truck, but our power couldn’t handle more. They came every morning to monitor the status. They provided a lot of good advice! All of the workers are extremely nice, responsible and good communicators. 2021 didn’t give us a good start but ERS saved us!

ERS was great to work with, they were on the site asap when a tree fell on our house. Lorie our project manager took care of everything from start to finish, making sure all repairs done to our home were done correctly. As she noticed on her final inspection of the work completed that our gutters installed were not pitched correctly. She had the contractor out asap to fix the problem. I found my basement flooded and was terrified of what was going to happen. ERS came and quickly took care of everything for me. They were truly a blessing and saved my basement!

Our sump pump went out and our basement got just enough water in to to cause a loss of the flooring, woodwork and drywall needing to be flood cut. I called ERS and Kevin and his crew were there within an hour. They went right to work assessing the damage to the walls, setting up all the fans and dehumidifiers. Kevin is a fantastic crew lead and kept me up to date along the way. They came back daily to check progress on the dry out and pulled equipment out as they went to make sure we were not over paying. Josh was also very responsive when I had questions on the final invoice and quickly corrected a small issue. Highly recommend ERS as they are very professional and responsive.

My entire first floor was flooded as a result of a storm. I called Emergency Restoration Specials and they took care of everything from start to finish. Their staff is fast, knowledgeable and courteous. They lifted a heavy burden off my shoulders and would recommend them again and again!

When I called with my emergency a staff specialist was at my house within 1 hr, and all scheduled visits were timely. The Disaster Recovery Specialists were accommodating to my work schedule, this made possible for me to get updates about the work. Also, I found the billing process very convenient. Services from ALL staff at ERS was friendly and professional!

They saved our family room a year ago from an internal leak and saved our basement this Spring from being a much bigger disaster. We will call them again, if or when we have another water or even a mold issue.

Had water damage from roof leak in several ceiling areas. ERS was quick to respond to our situation. I especially loved that they covered all floors and surfaces to keep the dirt/dust containment to a minimum. During a bad snowstorm last year where everything was shut down, I had one of my duplexes completely flood in the basement with raw sewage and water high enough to destroy my water heaters, washer and dryers and all my walls and flooring. ERS came out immediately and took care of everything like it was their own home. Coordinating workers for the water mitigation portion, contractors for water heaters immediately so my tenants would have hot water and all the contract workers to restore walls and floors. It was absolutely devastating but Lori Cheever, my project manager from ERS took care of everything and I felt no stress because of how well they were taking care of every detail without having to be chased down. I am so grateful that I found Lori and this company when I needed them.

My basement flooded, called them and the next morning they came out...very fast came out right away, all the guys were helpful,professional and great. I felt bad as they had to move a bunch kf heavy arcade games...but thry did without complaint and were careful as well!! Office staff was fantastic as well. Our experience with ERS was Top Notch-A1. From the first people in to analize the damage [a car came crashing into our living room, thankfully no one was hurt] to at the end of 5 months the cleaning crew. A crew came in & had to pack up two rooms of our belongings & did it with extreme care & packing & wrapping everything to go into storage. The painters, hardwood flooring people, electrician & carpenter who has magic hands, as he did fabulous work. Alot of this was done under the direction of the great Carlos. The cleaning crew at the end did such an excellent & thourough job it was amazing. I hope I did not forget anyone, but every person that came into our home was totally professional, very kind & polite, understanding & helped us make it thru a very stressful 5 months & we all laughed at times. They were all a great bunch of people we got to know. This was all done under the wonderful & magnificent Project Manager-Lori. She may be tiny & petite but she sure knows her stuff. She made sure & went out of her way at times to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I hope we stay friends with her as we got to know each other pretty well. We would highly recommend ERS & if we could they would get 10 stars from us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The basement flooded after a failed sump pump. A good friend of ours referred us to ERS. They came out right away in the morning when they said they would. Reassured us that they would dry everything out and save everything as that is their number one priority. The same day the crew of three came over and started the drying process. Everyone was so personable and respectful to my family, especially to my 2 year old daughter who said hi to them every time they went up and down the stairs. All of our belongings were treated with respect and moved around gently. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. I hope that we never have to go through the stress of a flooded basement again, but we know that if we do ERS is the one we will call.
