Wonderful service! I just had some work done on my Corolla and I could not be more impressed. The guys were super professional, friendly, and did not try to overcharge or talk me into any extra stuff that I didn’t need. All of the service was done in a timely manner and they did a great job communicating with me and keeping me updated along the way. I’m so glad they are so conveniently located for me and I will most definitely be returning for future service needs!

I dont know anything about the shop, but $3 for 3ish minutes of wash my own car? Thats a pretty sweet deal, especially since I dont have to take off my roof rack. Even at 6 minutes its cheaper than most automatic washes and i can do a better job.

I needed an emissions test and came here for it. Everyone was so helpful and nice.

Very friendly service. Even if youre not a regular customer. I went for an alignment after having some suspension work done on my car. They did it, they did it well, and they acted like they were happy to see me. Id recommend it. my parents used to go there for everything and love the place.

I paid $1700 for repairs and needed a tow two days later because they did not do the job right the first time. Then they had zero honesty in what a cuatomer iscto expect for their 80 dollars or 100 dollars an hour for their labor.

Emmissions testing took me about 5 minutes. Ive been there a couple times and theyre always really fast and pretty nice people.

I always liked this place until the younger guy with the beard upcharged me right in right of my face when I presented a coupon for an oil change. Also he tried to bully me into paying 40 bucks to get my car back When I was shocked by the estimate ( trying to overcharge me by 350 bucks) more than any other service station in the area

Went for emissions test on a Saturday. Open until 2pm. No waiting, actually took about 3 minutes in total. Not able to buy sticker there, but then again, no convenience fee.

Great staff and service. I am glad I found them for my automotive service needs. They are honest and prices are fair. Two things that are hard to find when getting your car serviced. If you are looking for someone you can trust I recommend Gradys Automotive.

Sold me the wont size tire on purpose which caused my abs to kick in when it want supposed to and get into a accident!! And wouldnt even correct the problem NOT EVEN JUST THE RIGHT TIRE SIZE!

Great service. I had 3 problems with my truck and it was ongoing problem for awhile. They helped me fix it and now my truck works great!

How can you tell someone I can come in for emissions, then get there 10 minutes later and are rude, and said they cant, have to tomorrow, then just walk away. Do not go here. Rude!

Fast and easy

Just went for emissions test, the guy was really nice, he said they also do plowing for those of interested. For emissions I recommend calling ahead to make sure the machine is working, you are also able to buy your license plate sticker there if your car passes

Gas price was good

I went to get my emissions done and she was very busy. She was extremely nice and was doing her best to get me on my way. She kept apologizing for it taking so long but was still in and out in 10 min. I will definatley be a returning customer.

There work is quick and reasonably priced but it seems that everything I had repaired has to be redone in a year ... I called and they seem to not warranty any of there work .. and thats a huge flaw after spending about $3700 in repairs there. Thats a lot of repairs to be done and nothing to be covered after a year.

Very poor experience at Gradys. Couldnt do an oil change properly. Called the ower Bill right after my appointment to complain and its been 2 weeks and he still hasnt called back. Very POOR experience wont go back. How hard is it to change oil and put in a new filter. What a joke. I recommend not to go there.

They do good work

We RESERVED a trailer from them a whole 24 hours in advance and they gave it to someone else. We drove all the way up there for disappointment. And even when I went inside to ask about the trailer no one even really said anything to me like come on.
