The deluxe spa pedicure is absolutely relaxing with leg massages while you are sitting on a massage chair itself! My pedicure was even better! I didnt know what I wanted and I found a picture I liked online and it turned out BETTER than the photo. I got a French manicure with an accent nail done in gel. 10/10 will always recommend and this is my new go to salon! 😤❤

Got my nails done for the first time and they turned out great! I showed the Pinterest picture, picked out the colors I wanted, and they did such a good job matching it. Very impressed! I’ve gotten a pedicure here a few times and they’ve always been great. The prices are really good in my opinion. Can sometimes be a wait with or without appt and sometimes have to come back in a few hours, but they do their best to fit everyone in.Another great manicure today at Pro Nails - red acrylics!

I came to get a pedicure for the first time so clearly I wouldn’t have high expectations. My girlfriend and I came to get our toe nails done here. I was done in less than 15 minutes. There was a rush for some reason when we had to pay $80 for the both us so we expect best of effort. The lady doing my toe nails, Hannah did a very poor job. Not shaping my nails or even cut them well at all. Will never be going here again and if this is the business being done, I will spare you the time and suggest you do not go here as well.

Came in to get my daughters nails done for her dads funeral and I wasnt sure 8 yr old could get fake nails.. they helped me understand the safest option and did a great job I liked hers more than mine lol.. I recommend making an appointment to come backIf they are really busy they do a great job when its not rushed.

This is now the third time I’ve made an apt and it took over 30 min to be seen. Today I called to make an apt at 6. They requested for me to come in at 530 because they were ready. Upon arrival they said five min. Okay, no big deal. I ended up waiting 45 min before asking how much longer. They asked if I could come back tomorrow or it would be five more min. As I patiently waited, hoping for some communication about how much longer. Waited an hour. Wow. Horrible costumer service.Do not go here if you want to be seen at your actual apt time.

First time trying this nail shop, and I will be back, love my nails, brought my little girl with as well for her first overlay and she is extremely happy with her nails. Large selection of colors and the dip choices are crazy(I dont do dip but was extremely tempted to change up) Quinnie did my nails and I will be back to see her again!

First of all, the salon looks very beautiful and well organized. The nail technicians are very friendly and also very professional. The person who did my nails was so detailed and concentrated on my nails. She didn’t get distracted by other nail technicians and take longer to do my nails. Highly recommended. I will recommend this nail salon to my friends 😉

These ladies helped me out with a terrible manicure elsewhere. Did a great job for a bit, now 2 visits & $165 later, Im sad 😥. My pedicure was short, for sure. And other than only half of one big toe being painted.I WAS TOLD I COULDNT GET A LIGHTER COLOR. PERIOD. No offer for why, so I began to leave. Then they said nothing to me, tech started grinding down only one layer, left stripes across fingers & ended up with a manicure I couldnt handle - thick, color looks like tie-dye, and Not what I asked for. super scratchy tooI went in, they are going to try to redo & see if thats better. SO! will let Yall know wrist happens....but why should it have be redone???

I usually go to De Paris and decided to try Pro Nails for a pedicure. Remind you I usually get a luxury pedicure for $40 and gel and great quality. At Pro Nails during my experience tonight was so bad. Barely took time scrubbing feet and feels like it was rushed. Definitely not worth your time or money! Do not come here!! Waste of money

I walked in for a pedicure not realizing they were closing soon. They were very polite and still gave me a pedicure. The technician was very thorough and did a wonderful job.

Depends on the day. Went in on a Saturday got amazing service and the lady was really talented. Went back during the week and It was really busy and not as great.

Watch the prices! 2 full sets and a pedi set me back $180! They choose what you pay! No prices online or inside posted ANYWHERE! I will say, my daughters nails were gorgeous. Mine, just okay....Not worth $50! Probably will not go back. Theres many places in that area! Competition must be real!!

Absolutely horrible, Im never returning. Two of us went to acrylics done and the finish product was not great but nice enough. Now the bad PARTS, they provided different service depending on the nail tech. My friend got to wash off her hands and received a massage while my tech told to leave with powder still on my hands. I returned to take off the acrylics and the workers literally starting ripping full acrylics off without soaking. And then he aggressively buffed it out WITHOUT REMOVING ANYTHING. Tired of being there so long and receiving bad service, I asked to leave and when I went to pay, they overcharged me and changed the original price I was told. Now my nails hurt and I have to go get it professional removed because the acrylics is still on. Overall, the service is questionable and depends on who you get.

So. I went to get my nails done and the lady seemed very nice, but the lady that did my nails was clearly not experienced and there’s powder on the side of my nails she was spreading the polish like powder and cut up my cuticles so I couldn’t even soak them off in acetone. I now have to go get them professionally removed. She also put on the wrong nail size and tried to use acetone to put on the powder . It also took TWO hours and my nails were no where near done . Don’t go.

First time going to this shop, was influenced by the great reviews on here. Called for a pedicure and they were are able get me in right away. Ben did my pedicure and was perfect! The treatments he did on my feet were great!

My sister, niece, and I called ahead of time to ensure that they’d be able to do two pedicures, two full set acrylics, and nails painted for my little niece. It seems like the owner or manager (Tina) was the one we spoke to and she told us to come in at 4pm and that they would stay a little extra time for us. While they were finishing up our toes, they told us they didn’t have time to do our nails. If we would’ve known this we would’ve went to a different shop. We thought it was a bit disrespectful. I did like my toe nails, although I feel like they don’t do a very good job at removing the dead cuticles and such. My sister felt the same thing with her nail tech. The receptionist was extremely nice and she painted my niece’s nails. They also did a a little design on her big toe, maybe to try and make up for it. it was cute, ig. at the end they did offer to do a full set but it’s likely because they saw our attitude change and just felt bad. We figured they’d rush through it so we said no. We were really hoping to like this place but we won’t be back. (:

Its not the same people but I still gave them a try to Went back 3 weeks later to get another pedicure they turned down my service because I will not allow them to use the machine on my feet SMH In last time I gave them $5 a piece and I spent a 120 in there

They were really rude. I had someone cut me as they were doing my nail, and didn’t even apologize. They told me I should go back to whoever did my nails before. They overcharged me for just a broken nail. Do NOT go this salon.

Just visited Pro Nails today to get get a mani & pedi. I came in as a walk in and they took me down for an appointment and gave me a call when they were available. Overall, everyone was just so kind and professional! The nail techs that did my nails did an amazing job. They even gave me a small gift for my birthday! I highly recommend them! I definitely will be returning.

I’ve been here twice, once as an appointment and once as a walk-in. Both times the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don’t do anything too fancy with my nails but I got two great pedicures, one gel and one normal. Definitely would recommend!

I really wanted to like this place. The people are nice. But the quality is terrible. I came in to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I was in and out in 1 hour and 10 minutes. They basically did a very quick, low quality job. I was a little concerned that my polish wasnt even going to stay. Here we are 10 days later and my gel manicure is all chipped. I gave a good tip too. Very disappointed. Wont be coming back. They need to get better workers.

The new owners are amazing. They aren’t rushing you in and out like you’re just a $. They do wonderful nail art. They’re great people who talk to you and remember names. The salon is so clean and beautiful. They have every color polish, gel, and dip. My nails have never lasted longer than 2 weeks until I started Coming here. Now I’m about to get them done 2 days short of 4 weeks! Pro nails is seriously worth the trip!

I was surprised to see this gem hidden in the corner of Crystal Shopping Center (by Marshalls) close to my new home. I have had great results. They are very artistic and dip nails last a full 3 weeks. Convenient, they work hard to fit me in and call me when ready, friendly, and good prices. My daughter is also going there now. Happy with the results.

Me and my cousin went to get our nails and feet done. We asked for regular nail polish and they gave us gel nails. Literally a few days later my nail polish started to come off, and when they all came off my nails looked messed up. And they even ripped off my skin. Not going back there.

I had a manicure a week ago (at a different nail shop) and they did a rushed job. He cleaned up my cuticles and took his time painting and it looks great! Im so happy with my results.

My girlfriend spent over $80 to get a full set and a pedicure. Pedicure was great but the full set is another story entirely. Three nails were put on crooked and her thumb nail is crooked at the top. The Male who was using the dremel must need glasses because he cut her cuticle multiple times. 10/10 would not recommend.

Horrible horrible horrible, never in my life have I had such a bad experience at a nail salon. I wish I could remember her name but the woman that did my nails had a nasty attitude from the jump, she also messed up my nails not once but twice. She had to paint my nails. Take off the nail polish then paint them over again, it looked like a child did my nails! I will never go here again and id advise you not to as well.

Disrespectful, my also friend who went once there said that, they speak their language and dont communicate with customers at all. The worst customer service in Minnesota. Please dont make their paccket full of money . Go to someone who respect you, and somewhere where you are welcome and not being disrespectful. I will contact better business bureau, and I will call them every day if need to be, until they change something. Went there for a longtime on and off. Went elsewhere because when I had a appointment they would stop to do waxing at times. If I was getting my nails done I should be frist. They werent as friendly too me a longtime customer on and off.
