From out of town needed old hearing aids looked at that had stopped working. Receptionist was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The audiologist was great knowledgeable, friendly and helpful too. Was able to fix existing hearing aids, so I have time to consider what options I have for purchasing new ones at a later time. Recommend this office highly. They really helped out a little old lady who has just become a widow and in need of help. Thank you both again. God Bless

My hearing analysis, selection of hearing aids and follow up was done in a professional environment by knowledgeable professionals. I always questioned when being told I needed hearing aids. It wasnt until I went to The Hearing Lab, got tested and provided with a set of hearing aids that I realized how much I was missing from normal conversations. If youre questioning if you have hearing loss, GO and check it out. So glad I did.

I took my mother to the Hearing Lab. Excellent service, the staff makes you feel very important to them. Even a year after get hearing aids, if there is any problem, I give them a call at the Crystal Lake office and they fit me in that day and resolve the issue. I recommend them to anyone that need hearing help.
